平時好少食印度菜,今晚朋友帶我去了灣仔 Jo Jo Indian Cuisine,呢度環境好傳統,但啲印度菜又幾適合香港人口味喎。薄餅有幾款,揀咗芝士薄餅,芝士味好香濃,用布蓋住,原來真係可以保持薄餅嘅溫度同濕潤,食完其他嘢返轉頭再食都仲係軟腍腍。主菜Butter chicken 香濃嘅牛油咖喱配薄餅好好食,跟飯食真係食多兩碗飯,啲雞又好嫩滑。酸辣蒜蓉炒鮮蝦非常惹味,酸酸辣辣,夠晒開胃,蝦又大隻。因為吾想飲酒,所以揀左Chocolate Shake同Mango Shake。甜品揀咗個秘制雪糕,有芒果味或者開心果,揀咗個芒果味,雪糕口感又幾特別。

今日跟朋友來了灣仔食印度菜,之前在openrice看到這家店在1985年已成立,現今舖位已做了5年,這天來到感覺名不虛傳,因為餐廳內其他客人大多是印巴籍的,而且播的電視和音樂都是印度的,感覺很正宗!點了一個香煎鱈魚柳,是用鐵板冒著煙熱辣辣的上菜,但因為魚塊底下墊了一層洋蔥,所以放久了一點也不怕會過熟。魚塊已調味,有一丁點辣味,每桌上本來就有薄荷醬跟甜椒醬之類,配搭一起吃挺不錯的!主食方面點了我最愛的牛油雞,還試了一個果阿咖哩蝦,後者椰奶味非常濃,兩樣都不會很辣,配上蒜蓉Naan一流!最後我把牛油雞的所有咖哩汁都吃完!因為印度菜口味偏濃,朋友要了經典的芒果lassi, 我點了杯mocktail叫Yellow Sky, 內有橙汁跟鳳梨汁,有點像雜果賓治的味道,很清爽!最後還試了一個印度甜品叫Kulfi, 中文翻譯為雪糕,選了開心果味的,有很多果粒,挺不錯。整體是印度風味濃厚的一餐,特定一讚的是吃的中途大廚還來了問問我們意見,令我感覺是很用心的餐廳!

欽奈薄餅 ($45)
我們對於印度薄餅其實並沒有什麼認識,原本我們點了另一款薄餅,不過經理介紹我們點這款薄餅至更加適合配咖哩,於是我們就跟他的推介點了這款薄餅,這款薄餅酥脆得來軟糯,帶有很多層,果然很適合配咖喱,容易吸收咖喱醬汁。

這款是職員介紹的,有點像香港的楊枝金露,帶有奶,所以吃辣很適合,可以解辣,而且芒果味香。

餐廳食物質素高,很有印度風味,而且環境舒適,座位闊落,職員都很熱情,會詢問客人食物味道和可以推介菜式和飲品,令人渡過愉快的一天。會推介朋友前來的。

餐廳服務好好,而且都好多人黎食,好熱鬧,一坐低就送上前菜 Pani Puri 係一種印度街頭小吃,入面大概係有土豆泥洋蔥辣椒汁 再將芒果醬 或者 奇異果薄荷汁倒進去, 再整個放進口裡👍🏼講起印度餐一定會吃的就是Naan,可以沾上咖哩汁就可以吃了👍🏼另外我最鍾意的是們家的烤雞肉,烤得好香口令口味很好👍🏼雞肉又好滑又小小辣😋佢地都會有butter chicken都係我必定食,食完雞肉醬汁可以沾Naan 薄餅。今日食左好多肌肉因為太好食😋飲品方面極力推介Mango Lassi,今次我仲試咗另一隻飲品Sweet Lassi 純yogurt 味道唔會太甜都好好飲👍🏼

講起印度餐一定會吃的就是Naan,可以沾上咖哩汁就可以吃了👍🏼另外我最鍾意的是們家的烤雞肉,烤得好香口令口味很好👍🏼雞肉又好滑又小小辣😋佢地都會有butter chicken都係我必定食,食完雞肉醬汁可以沾Naan 薄餅。今日食左好多肌肉因為太好食😋

飲品方面極力推介Mango Lassi,今次我仲試咗另一隻飲品Sweet Lassi 純yogurt 味道唔會太甜都好好飲👍🏼
