這間餐廳以醒酒湯為主,所以要有心理準備店內食物種類不會很多牛腩湯火鍋+乌冬他們家最皇牌的應該是牛內臟解酒湯,但我這個人口味較清淡的,選了牛腩湯火鍋+乌冬,喝一口湯底很清甜,感覺是加入牛肉及蔬菜等多種材料熬煮而成,另外我也不知道為什麼把牛肉片叫做牛腩,可能是翻譯問題?無所謂了,反正牛肉片擺盤很漂亮很多片,下面有杏鮑菇片和大蔥,烏冬軟滑清爽細膩,材料很簡單,但是原汁原味超好吃解酒煎餃子(八隻)餃子的外皮煎得金黃酥脆,內餡有韓牛肉牛肚加什錦蔬菜,店員建議點少少醬汁食用更添香味餃子解酒湯每一隻份量都好飽滿好大粒,餃子皮柔軟嫩滑,皮薄餡靚,加上小小辣的湯底,開胃又好吃🥟,吃的時候要有技巧,不然容易破皮🫶🏻餐廳服務態度超好,熱情有禮貌,開爐剪牛腸炒飯都服務周到🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 continue reading

其實係睇中2-3人份sharing牛腸鍋嘅😆可惜是日行程忽然緊湊只能小試牛‘肚’、牛內臟,開心share多份餃子上菜見到係黑肚開心咗一截,爽爽口感又再加分連配菜咬落爽口惹味,match my appetite!牛雜配牛骨湯味道較淡,加鹽和胡椒是常識吧唔記得影桌上的調味料,oppa店員推介混醬:少甜的韓式芥末,加少少辣的綠色粒粒椒,dip餃子幾好食喎!完全估唔到餃子咁大隻x8pc,性價比高到付款處埋單後拎起支BTS黑啡americano睇吓,收銀果位哥哥就話免費㗎請我飲,BTS fans仲唔快啲衝~😆 continue reading

2個人黎食既話叫一個牛腸鍋再加白飯已經夠哂👍🏼👍🏼啲牛腸食落唔會有浸腥味,而且好快腍同一啲都唔覺得膩,仲有豆腐、芽菜、蘿蔔,金菇等等….煲滾之後,啲蔬菜索晒啲湯汁,勁惹味😋飲咗幾啖湯都覺得好暖胃,而且將啲湯汁整埋個泡菜炒飯,勁滿足😂😂下次可以再同啲朋友過嚟食其他鍋物🥰 continue reading
