要讚的是雞塊十分入味,據知湯汁有的成份,所以味道也是芳香。選用的雞隻也是皮薄,倒是肉質方面,有些尚算嫩滑,有些則呈過熟之感,而原本的,也有被蓋過之嫌,但以百餘元的來說,已是恰如其份了。最後的,倒是有點門路:切成方塊的,走酒後嚕過,原本不是甚麼精工細藝,勝在下手不重,味道不算重手,挾起一件肉骨,端的也是皮脆肉嫩,入口之下,隱約嚐出蝦醬的香氣,這樣的味道,才是的示範作,也不過是98而已。

近來朋友買到靚魚或海鮮,第一下就想到聚友,店家除了小炒有鑊氣,海鮮處理都非常出色!如果自己買不到心水,店內都自設魚缸,可以即點即煮非常新鮮!這次帶了黃皮老虎斑和白刺蝦到店,兩樣加工都一貫高水準!上次未到7點乳鴿已賣清,終於食到了,好香脆juicy!

石門的餐廳越開越多,種類繁多,但沙田區做類似的海鮮加工小炒,好像不太覺......今天朋友帶來了游水的蘇鼠斑,之前已經試過很多次帶魚來加工,從沒有讓我失望過!老闆很有心機記下客人要求,例如走薑,不時又會過來跟食客了解食物的味道。條魚一上檯香噴噴!蒸魚看似簡單,易學難精,但聚友做到了,無論火候/豉油濃度/油香,絕對不輸西貢著名海鮮酒家的質素。這裡的小炒都很有鑊氣,調味適中熱辣辣,很好下飯!
