我唔算鍾意tea set,因為好多時間都失望,除非只係諗住影相打卡,品質次要。今次朋友想試就陪佢,加上呢間酒店啲餐廳一直都有水準。本來有啲擔心,因為眼見甜品多,我個人鍾意食鹹點,好彩有驚喜,幾個甜品原來係鹹點。例如呢個Cream Brûlée ,原來係加咗鴨肝嘅鹹點。而眾多鹹點之中,最鍾意下面呢個蟹肉魚子醬。

✨鴨肝醬法式燉蛋:燉蛋滑滑的,吃上去真的有鴨肝味,又鹹又甜的,特別得來也易入口。
✨迷你拿破倫酥:酥皮又鬆又脆,甜度恰到好處。
✨蝴蝶酥:鬆鬆脆脆的,少少甜但滿滿牛油香,好食。

為慶祝生日,兩個女人去high tea,搵左好多間high tea,終於最後選左呢間以法國巴黎為主題我high tea,首先整體賣相好靚好靚。有咸有甜既,我比較鍾諗食蟹肉芒果魚子醬,個蟹味好鮮,有個法式燉蛋配鵝肝醬,我就覺得馬馬地,唔岩我。有個鹹蛋黃Macaron,幾特別的,但我就一般。有個鵪鶉蛋多士,好好味又特別。其餘朱古力甜品,蝴蝶酥,芒果拿破崙都好好味。仲包飲品,我同個friend就叫左茶,一人一壺茶,兩個人埋單$498加一。

近日看到雜誌介紹這個沙律午餐,頗為吸引。很多餐廳也提供類似的沙律餐,或者是半自助餐形式,可選擇只吃頭盤和甜品。以前我也試過不同的餐廳,今日便去試試這間。也許客人不多,因此感到環境十分舒適,令客人可以輕鬆地進餐。長檯以L型兩邊放食物。一邊放置了餐湯、三款麵包、是日熱盤為兩款肉批、三款水果粒、兩款甜品、八款乾果和三盤已調好的沙律。今日三款沙律是Couscous salad, Wild rice & Mangalica Sausage Salad和Kidney bean & Chickpea salad,都是較為細粒的食材,口感較硬,但營養豐富。另一邊則有很多沙律配料,例如青瓜粒、粟米粒、櫻桃蕃茄、橄欖、紅腰豆、鷹嘴豆、彩椒、茄子、西蘭花和椰菜花等,和數款優質水種的沙律菜,還有一盤煙三文魚。食物看似不多,但每樣試試,已頗足夠。以這個價錢來說,相比其他餐廳算是合理。加上食物都很新鮮,質素頗佳,算是物有所值。最後來杯咖啡,配上迷你的藍莓芝士餅和朱古力mousse餅,為這頓午餐劃上了完滿的句號,實在是個忙裏偷閒的好選擇!

Have wished to try this semi buffet for a nearly two weeks. Finally give a it a chance before the last day.Salad bar is quite limited but the food is fresh.As a carbon hater I tend to avoid sandwiches but this is truly a thing!198+10% overpriced though.

這夜我就先選來J's Bar Bistro招牌雞尾酒之一的Ilsa Lund。粉紅色的雞尾酒杯邊蘸滿椰絲,加上雞尾酒杯內的食用玫瑰花瓣,賣相漂亮,女生看到都會很開心。以白蘭地、利口酒及有氣葡萄酒調配,入口的紅桑子與蘋果香清新酸甜,酒精度與甜度都適中,入口順喉。

其實,歐洲的小吃在此出現並不出奇,可能旁邊就是非常出名的稻菊,所以就拿來了餐牌來點上串燒來,很開心地可以享受歐陸美食的同時,也有串燒吃。各款串燒的水準當然非常出色,特別是燒得皮脆肉嫩的【燒阿波尾雞翼】及依然爽口彈牙的【燒白鱔】,值得的。

大家飽嚐咸點過後,以【J’s 法國手工芝士】拼盤來作甜品前的一道,令一眾芝士迷歡喜若狂,由於小弟不好此味,稍為退了下來。可是,來到甜品的【法式紅莓撻配百爵茶啫喱】時又復活了,昋脆的撻底包著甜美的餡料,吃來一點也不覺膩,是一道非常好的甜品
