朋友們今天跟我去慶祝牛日,我建議去了一個好耐無去過的地方(上次去已是3、4歲)中午12點到到,唔駛等位,由於之前問左有經驗人士得知2/F的價錢比較大眾化,因此想都無想就跑左上去。環境唔錯,坐位唔迫,而且侍應夠,唔駛三吹四請先有人理你,而且有禮。由於之前問過人,斑腩飯是必食的,咁之後點了幾個點心,如下圖蝦餃和菠菜唔錯,用料夠,而且食得出係即蒸的帶子腸粉都合格啦珍珠雞係扺食,38蚊有3隻,而且有蝦,和少肥肉到押續的斑腩飯,嘩!堅係斑bo,肉質一流,超級推介

鵪鶉蛋燒賣 - 外面的酒樓好像已經絕跡了的一道點心.  其實味道上沒什麼特別, 就是上面鵪鶉蛋下面是豬肉.  我還是比較喜歡蟹籽蒸燒賣. 

叉燒腸粉 - 叉燒的份量算多而且不肥膩, 但也不會只是瘦肉不想吃.  另外腸粉口感很滑, 所以加起來蠻好吃.

咖喱蒸土魷 - 沒特別.  只是我想吃點沒營養的東西.

山竹牛肉 - 跟普通酒樓也是差不多. 

來這裡吃就預計是遊客價, 但居然比我想像中的便宜.  只要保持水準, 應該繼續會有客源.

已經23年沒有來,以前才是個小朋友,連記憶都沒有。這星期六是爸爸生日,又難得請得假期,就一家人來回到過去吧。預先訂位,但其實當天12點左右還沒有多人,多半是大枱一圍,另外就是外國人。先說環境: 明顯跟廿年前不同的,但還是舒服,優美。再來: 服務員態度好好啊! 不但有禮貌,而且要求做的事都高效率。不過,食物質素啦。味道是水準以下,比起集團式的,還要差一點:芝麻糕: 沒有太甜又沒有重芝麻味。不是懷舊菲林卷,不彈牙,只是軟身淋糕素鮑片粉果: 有點油,但外皮剛好不厚不簿蒸飯: 普通,甜醬油沒有味道,其實不好吃帶子腸粉: 腸皮普通,但全餐最好的帶子就是夠新鮮清甜P.S 想不到,現在都講金的時代,連上台拍個照都得多付幾十元,有點,過份吧。。。但,爸爸生日可以得到回憶,多付幾百元也值得的!

The Jumbo is admittedly quite touristy but always fun. I enjoy any destination, especially restaurants, where you must travel by water to get there. Hey, the one minute and thirty second sampan counts, okay! Ha. Considering it was a nice fall day and perfectly comfortable temperature I decided for the 2/F balcony seats. The menu here at Dragon Court is massive however, it doesn't have an extensive dim sum menu. What they do offer in dim sum is very high quality though. There are a few quite imaginative dumplings. Can't beat the relaxing atmosphere of sitting on the balcony! (Well, minus the occasional angry sampan horn as they narrowly miss each other as they dart through the harbour. This is only added entertainment for me though!) 

The food : Shrimp dumpling, (hargow) BBQ pork bun, (ta siu bao) a chef special shrimp and cabbage dumpling (gweilo phonetic spelling uncertain) Homemade egg tart (don tant) for dessert and some classic pu-er tea (po-lay-cha) to complement it all. The dumplings were all nicely sized and well put together. Just a small amount of MSG appearing on the shrimp dumplings. The taste was very fresh and flavorful. I did find the BBQ pork buns a bit average. Very thick bun and not much of that good pork to be found inside. Well, honestly, it's hard to eat any pork buns after you've had the ones baked at Tim Ho Wan!! 

The service : Very attentive and never overbearing. You're waited on by multiple servers who cycle through the balcony area. All were super polite, seemed to put up with or enjoy my attempts at ordering in Cantonese (I try but am still a teesing gweilo
)and appear well kept and clean. 

The damage : I spent 210 HKD and stuffed myself with dumplings and drank so much tea that I may yet turn into a pu-er tea leaf. Despite the other posts you see on this restaurant describing it being well over priced I found great value for the money here. 

In conclusion : Do check the opening times, I arrived at 11:15am and all other Jumbo restaurants were open but the Dragon Court opens at 11:30. I'd recommend it and will be back again for certain. Great choices for dim sum on the Jumbo, including an amazing Sunday brunch on the top deck but the Dragon is there to fill a little upper scale dim sum experience niche that I really enjoyed.

舅父和表弟從法國回來渡假 帶他們去珍寶看看吃吃吧我們在香港仔上了珍寶自家的船 免費送我們去船上 真的有懷舊感 又別有風味 在船上 海風吹來好舒服耶對表弟來說 第一次來到那麼中國宮廷風的船上飲茶 應該是很有趣 很新鮮吧 所以他開心得拍了好多照片留念所以點菜的功夫就留給我囉 我點了好幾款有名又好吃的《鮮蝦燒酥》酥皮很酥 好有牛油香氣 又不會太油 裡面的鮮蝦很鮮很爽脆 燒的蜜汁甜甜的 好棒喔!《墨西哥燒包》墨西哥包好鬆軟 甜甜咸咸的外皮 加上蜜汁燒的內餡 配起來好好吃喔 好棒耶!!《上湯鮮竹卷》上湯清甜的不會油 鮮竹卷的餡很多 有蔬菜有蝦仁 而且鮮竹吸收了上湯的味道 好好吃呀!《豉椒蒸排骨》排骨很入味, 味道就跟平常一樣沒什麼特別!!《山竹牛肉球》牛肉球沒有鬆肉粉的味道 但牛肉味不濃 吃下去就是”肉球”的感覺而已 哈哈 算ok的啦《咸水角》是我喜歡的點心之一 特別是新鮮炸的 外面變得酥酥脆脆的 裡面是軟軟QQ的 內餡又香香的《雞包仔》是最普通的 因為沒什麼雞肉的香味《牛肉腸》是最差的 腸粉皮好厚好粉喔 一點都不滑 而且牛肉的口感好爛 好像是不新鮮的牛肉似的

今天老公突然說想去珍寶喝茶 所以蠻早就起床了 下去之後才發現原來星期六也是開早上11點的 我們等了快一個小時才有船去 還好那天有涼風陣陣我們是當天第一批客人 冷氣才剛開 所以有點悶熱 看了菜單真的有點嚇到 有了名氣的店真的比較貴 我們兩個人點了五款點心 還點了菊花茶~ 真香!!《墨西哥燒包》是我最喜愛的~ 味道很搭的!! 外面咸甜咸甜的皮 軟Q的包 加上蜜汁燒餡.. 讚呀~《燒腸》賣相和平常一樣 但味道還比較差 燒好乾柴 腸粉皮比平常的厚一點 又沒什麼味道《擂沙湯圓》是最差的一樣 賣相看起來是一樣 但那麼糯米皮也太厚了吧 不是軟Q 而是黏黏的 裡面的黑芝麻餡不夠流質 又不夠香 只有甜《上湯鮮竹卷》是老公的最愛 上湯湯底好鮮喔 鮮竹皮滑滑的 吸收了上湯的湯汁 很水潤的 加上裡面的餡 豬肉蔬菜 什麼都有…真的很好吃!!《小籠飽》的外皮算蠻薄的 湯汁也算多的 只是內餡和湯汁我個人覺得比較油膩了一點點!五個點心加茶位 兩個人要超過150元 是有點偏貴 只是船上餐廳吃的風味有比較不一樣啦~~

星期天正巧香港仔舉辦漁民展,一家人到許久沒有去過的珍寶海鮮舫。先乘免費船,第一眼便看到多龍吐珠的陳設:我部被安排到2樓,在等位期間,可以欣賞壁畫:我們一家原被安排坐在沒有海景的位置﹝船中間﹞,但後來親切的帶位小姐替我們轉位,讚!我們叫了帶子腸粉:帶子粒很細,但很鮮味,豉味汁亦'較'得剛好,甜甜的配合帶子粒很清新!想不到這裡也提供盅頭飯,我們於是點了鳳爪排骨飯。飯蒸很剛好,粒粒分別而不會太濕;鳳爪偏瘦,肉地不夠,而排骨醃得很入味!馬拉糕:一看馬拉糕的顏色便知有點失敗,偏淡,不夠味,但可幸焗得很鬆軟:干蒸牛肉:現在已沒有多間酒樓飯店提供干蒸牛肉了,馬上叫一籠回味回味!牛肉沒有下發粉,原味十分,而'硤'汁的酸味能完全吊出牛肉味,非常可口!蝦餃:大路點心。這兒做到皮薄而蝦亦很大粒,很足料,而且咬下去有點彈破的感覺,足見蝦非常新鮮!

以往從未到過海鮮舫,與朋友特意試試。由於珍寶海鮮舫正值維修,這次登上了不常開放的太白海鮮舫。乘坐舢舨確是特色,加上船上的海鮮餐,感受到一些漁村風味。雖是午膳,但還是很豐富的。綜合而言,有不同種類的海鮮,海鮮湯鮮甜料足,魷魚有彈性,海鮮肉嫩,蔬菜爽口。當中令人留下印象的是鮮味的海鮮湯、乾爽脆口肉嫩的煎魚和料足味甜的蛋花馬蹄露,的確很值得試試。

先來碟白切雞
,吃白切雞講究的是皮到底爽滑與否,這隻雞的皮,尚算爽滑;雞肉大件且算嫩滑,不會太乾身;味道雖不是認真突出,但真的已不錯了!

接著來一籠流沙奶皇包
,包身軟熟,撕開包身,流沙情況明顯,奶黃餡流滿整隻碟;味道夠香夠甜,蛋黃香味濃郁,質地起沙而又不會過稀,正!

再來一籠蝦餃
,皮夠薄,內裡的蝦肉大件,爽口且帶鮮味,真的做到皮薄餡靚。

後來一碟生炒骨,
鮮明悅目的顏色很對辦;每件肉骨也很大件,外層炸得非常香脆,肉是蠻鮮嫩的,甜酸汁味道適中,不偏重甜或酸,送飯一流!

最後來一碟酥炸雲吞,
雲吞皮炸得非常脆身,蝦尚算大隻,配合酸甜的醬汁伴吃,沒有過份的油膩感。

埋單約 $600,不錯的一餐!
