深夜時份同朋友食宵夜大家想食雞煲就揀左近我既呢間位於大埔墟雞煲呢間既雞煲都係可以揀辣度同朋友都驚太勁所以揀左小辣後來發現唔夠辣好彩係可加不可減機制就另叫左辣汁另上都係偏辣會好食d肉雞斬得比較細所以難免有d 碎左既骨size 亦唔算大煲兩個人食剛好另外叫左個一口粟米好食好香口食完個雞煲之後打邊爐配料可以任叫吃到飽的概念整體唔好期望係上等食材就係比較麻甩既選擇價錢方面以雞煲來說就都係合理價格晚上在大埔想食宵夜唔一定要食陳漢記

之前盲中中去過食一次,覺得啲雞好好味,係一個有俾心機去烹調雞煲嘅鋪頭,所以今次再嚟試吓其他口味嘅雞。同其他雞煲店唔同嘅係,佢有好多種唔同口味嘅雞,除咗麻辣雞外,仲有腐乳同南乳烹調嘅奇味雞,有陣燒烤味嘅烤味雞,仲有酸菜豬肚雞煲等等。除咗啲雞冇得彈之外,另外就係佢嘅魚皮同埋響鈴,全部都手工制,好好食。而且佢有好多種飲品選擇,有冇糖嘅紙包飲品,亦都有糖㗎,罐裝汽水一應俱全,仲有佢哋自己煲嘅竹蓆茅根涼茶,淨係飲嘢都飲飽。

好戲在後頭,整頓火鍋最令我欣賞的便是這碟原隻魷魚🦑,先別說它的巨形Size,光是看它的肉質表面便知道它有多新鮮🌊下鍋煮夠3-5分鐘,魷魚剛剛好熟透,嫩滑鮮甜的魷魚一咬便能夠咬開😋實在太好吃了~

來吃火鍋的話,不仿考慮加少許錢試一下這幾樣食物,魷魚是必點!包你吃完會想再叫😂但也是超值的呢~
