每人有兩片仙台A5霜降和牛西冷,分兩次煮,每次一片肉加一些蔬菜。和牛的油花分佈得很均勻,切得薄薄的,只要煮一分鐘就好,肉質嫩滑,油脂豐富,入口即化,還可以搭配生蛋,口感更滑。值得一提的是,壽喜燒的醬汁調得甜鹹剛好,味道不會太重。
白飯和烏冬可以幫助減膩,還能讓人飽足。


舞茸菇的清湯湯頭清澈,香氣濃郁,喝起來特舒服。


最後來碗開心果雪糕,日本蜜瓜香甜口感細膩,甜而不膩,真是為這頓飯畫上了完美的句點!
