岩從日本旅遊翻黎,對壽喜燒真係意猶未盡,呢間餐廳的烹飪師傅以傳統席前烹煮壽喜燒,可以提供視覺和味覺的雙重享受之餘,仲可以同主廚互動下,食物分量好足,水準無錯,餐廳裝修偏和式風格,,同朋友食的好滿足。前菜三點前菜有磯煮鮑魚、蟹膏豆腐同埋水云菜,磯煮鮑魚鮮味濃郁,口感彈牙,蟹膏豆腐好滑溜,入口有蟹膏嘅鮮味,水云菜配有酸汁,好開胃清新。三文魚籽蟹肉茶碗茶碗蒸滑嫩順口,三文魚籽粒粒飽滿,松葉蟹肉口感綿密,燉蛋的滋味入口即化, 海鮮的鮮甜齒頰留香。A4和牛肉眼肉眼口感軟嫩,肉質細緻,剛好五成熟,一咬滿口油香,係入口即溶的牛肉口感,加埋淡淡蛋汁同白飯一齊食,感覺真係超滿足。A4和牛西冷西冷牛味比肉眼更香濃多汁,油脂分布平均,肉質鮮嫩,牛味香濃,主廚的獨門醬汁令牛的濃郁香味發揮得淋漓盡致 。旬野菜盛合蔬菜種類很多,有新鮮的冬菇、豆腐、南瓜,娃娃菜等,吸盡壽喜燒汁同埋和牛嘅肉汁,好入味,食落鮮甜,清新解膩。日本黑豚西冷肉片幼滑,相對而言沒有和牛那麼油脂甘香,肉味道濃郁,但各有特色, 肉質纖細,入口軟嫩有彈性,肉味香甜不膩。舞茸菇清湯舞茸的口感滑嫩,搭配湯底的清香,清淡而不失風味,讓人回味無窮。開心果雪糕幼滑雪糕配搭著充滿香味的開心果粒與果仁粒,口感細緻綿滑,令口感層次更加豐富,加上哈密瓜的清新,真係呢餐飯的完美ending continue reading

今日又係因為Restaurant we嘅推廣試一下這間餐廳呢間餐廳充滿日本風格,感覺開陽舒適,座位亦都唔會好迫。Restaurant week 午餐$248+$98 A5 牛肉眼三文魚子茶碗蒸茶碗蒸熱乎乎,口感香滑,滿滿三文魚子,味道鹹鮮。蕃茄沙律十分清甜新鮮。關西風壽喜燒A5和牛西冷這壽喜燒由師父親自處理,和牛煮到半生熟,口感相當嫩滑,西冷又唔會太肥膩,又有少少肉味,加上濃厚嘅醬汁,再配上少少蔬菜,配上香滑嘅蛋汁,正呀!充滿牛脂的甘香,又有牛肉味,口感順滑,很滿足嘅感覺。A5 和牛肉眼肉眼部份入口即溶!口感相當嫩滑,油脂滿滿的,脂香馥郁,口感柔潤,加上蛋汁中和醬油嘅咸味,口感更為濕潤,好吃!烏冬呢個烏冬係幼嘅烏冬,口感比較軟滑,柔軟軟的,味道係醬油味。舞松菇清湯呢個清湯感覺清新,又幽幽嘅茹香,正好清一清味蕾,感覺清爽。甜品由於唔食得奶製品,店家幫我換上蜜瓜。蜜瓜10分清甜,多汁好吃! continue reading

前陣子在網上看到有介紹日本那邊壽喜燒餐廳的影片,阿婆看完後就被燒到了😂立馬找來這間壽喜燒專門店來過過口癮🌟 人生頭一回吃壽喜燒是不用親自動手的🙈由店員在客人面前現煮,我們只需負責吃就好♥️每道菜都會有店員作簡單的解說,跟著指引由淡吃到濃🌟適當時會有小休息,上菜速度剛好,不會感覺吃得很趕時間♥️店員服務有禮,用餐體驗滿分💯前菜分別是磯煮鮑魚、胺康魚肝、鵝肝醬豆腐🌟跟著這個次序吃,由鮑魚的爽口鮮甜,到魚肝的厚實綿密,再來就是鵝肝醬的濃郁和豆腐的滑溜🔥很棒的開始🌟刺身分別是拖羅、鰤魚和帆立貝🌟鰤魚口感爽脆,帆立貝像果凍♥️拖羅細膩又軟綿🔥新鮮好吃👍🏻肉肉用的都是日本A4和牛,和牛肩胛肉的肉味突出,口感爽而厚🔥和牛肉眼的油花分布很美,入口即化🔥配一口白飯更可以減低油膩感♥️和牛西冷味道香濃♥️蘸生雞蛋液一齊吃更滑溜🌟餐廳很貼心的地方是中途會換一輪蛋黃,確保有足夠的蛋液可以隨時裹滿肉肉👍🏻👍🏻野菜會在吃肉肉時穿插式上菜~所以不怕因只吃肉而有太油膩的感覺🌟提供的野菜里有日本南瓜、甜心蘿蔔和青蘋果~南瓜甜美綿軟🌟青蘋果酸酸甜甜的清爽感可解膩🔥在吃完肉肉和野菜後會提供舞松茸菇清湯給我們清清口中的油膩感🌟稍作休息後再開始製作主食~黑松露給好給滿🌟香氣十分濃郁🔥和烏冬充分混合~太棒了👍🏻有驚喜的結尾🌟開心果雪糕味道夠濃,還能吃到開心果碎♥️搭配的蜜瓜清爽甜美🌟感覺到餐廳在設計餐點搭配時是真的有用心去考慮怎樣幫客人去除油膩感🌟整頓飯吃下來一點油膩感都沒有🔥表示十分的滿意😘 continue reading
