To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人諗住冬至食飯,開開心心,點知比佢哋激鬼氣。一個羊腩煲竟然可以嚟兩次都有頭髮吊住,然後套餐又話要一早訂定先可以減$300,但係事前完全冇人講過有套餐可以訂定先。服務態度勁差好似爭佢錢,一家人食飯俾佢搞到一肚氣,大家千祈唔好去食!所有嚟嘅嘢食都係凍嘅,全部都好似已經擺咗一個鐘,5分鐘上晒所有餸菜,簡直離晒譜。如果唔係,因為要就老人家根本就唔會嚟食呢間嘢,永久Blacklist,價錢雖然係平,但衛生極度惡劣。

難得有朋友過黎牛頭角,一大班人唔知食咩好就去左樓下間嘉豪酒家食飯,平價屋村酒樓,貪佢地方夠大,人多都可以即時有位唔使等。食物黎黎去去都係果堆酒樓餸菜,基本既燒味、孖寶同埋海鮮都有得嗌,仲有唔同既套餐選擇,又或者可以按自己喜好單點。另外仲有啲優惠加餐,價錢都抵食。難得黎到酒樓緊係唔少得燒乳豬同埋芝士龍蝦伊面啦味道既話就不過不失啦。但係我地一行八個人,有燒味有海鮮,埋單都係大約千五六蚊左右,可以話相當抵食

今次行過一間平易近人的食堂,心諗試吓!撩起一份經典肥牛,真係驚為天人,正點到停不了口!炸魚皮鬆脆得黎入口即化,香氣撲鼻。再來的墨魚滑,呀!真係一絕,質地鮮嫩彈牙,每一啖都有墨魚嘅鮮甜,真係幾夠晒分!不過,就有少少掃興,魚皮餃今次差啲嘢,蓉蓉嘅口感,好似整過頭咁,咬落無咁過癮。秀珍菇同水餃則係鹹中帶甜,滋味獨特但我個人就鍾意少少清淡啲。沒有條條例例嘅食評,但係就喺呢度,味道和氛圍都一樣充滿驚喜🎉!唔記得嘅係,這裡閂門閂得早晚啲,所以要食盡興啲就早啲過來啦~總體來講,係一次滿意嘅食堂遊,值得下次再戰!🍜🥢

嘉豪酒家已經扎根喺牛頭角多年,都keep住可以喺度服務市民咁耐,真係性價比高,同埋未試過食完佢啲嘢之後肚痛或者腸胃炎。尤其是係晚市套餐,去飲嘅菜式,茶餐廳嘅價錢,飲下午茶又多特價,不過我最buy嘅就係佢樓底好高,就算好多人都好都唔會嘈到耳仔嗡嗡聲,自己大聲又唔怕嘈到人,係一家大細去飲茶嘅好選擇👍👍今次想介紹嘅就係佢其中一個點心:鮮果沙律炸雲吞,下午茶時段特價$30 ,有三大件 炸到脆波波嘅鮮蝦雲吞,上面一啲都唔孤寒咁俾咗三大堆鮮果沙律,仲有少少蟹籽係上面,大人細路都好鍾意食🥰🥰

年卅晚聚餐,一個不愉快的經歷:一家人六大三小童,最大只有六歲半,點了菜約共二千多元,並由酒樓方打印了上菜紙供傳菜員參考以避免傳錯菜,飯局中,開心笑談中,女部長傳來一小窩不很熱的,粟米羹,她隨即分派成六七限`小碗,各人眼見羹已不太熱,紛紛進食,我查閱上菜紙根本無此項記錄,當晚菜單亦無此項單獨供應,正在疑惑間,女部長過來說送錯了,但並無提及食客需付代價,我只回應笑答她作出賠償,一笑置之。離席簽咭埋單2582後,子女問我,我答道比我計算菜價中多了百多元,但有一碗白飯及兩枝啤酒不知收費多少。我離場後,他們跟進所點菜單認為不合理,於是要求細分已訂菜色價格列出收費;嚇然發現該窩女部長錯交的粟米羹收費竟是138元,子女當場跟她理論要求取消該項或折扣收費,但女部長竟稱帳款已付,並且說付款人不介意,不須外人干預為名,堅持不退讓,只作象徵式送幾個生果作償,最後當然是不歡而散。本人就事件的分析如下; 1) 酒家的管理部門已打印上菜單,上菜員工派錯了,是誰的責任?不同食客把錯交食物撥弄之下再轉移是否衛生? 2) 多人聚會場合,食客不一定參與點菜,所以不會清楚點了甚麼?食客只關注好不好吃,對嗎? 3) 女部長既已知道上錯菜而道歉,為甚麼仍堅持收費,更且既然有上菜單措施,是否應補充上錯的項目,令顧客於結帳前清楚知道? 138還好,1380或更多時怎樣?是否打死狗講價。本人無意和供方爭議那138粟米羹的價值問題,只是關注良心經營; 所謂君子愛財也應取之有道,我認識此酒家超過20年了,有段日子且當為公司飯堂,希望他蓬勃發展,生意蒸蒸日上。
