To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人諗住冬至食飯，開開心心，點知比佢哋激鬼氣。一個羊腩煲竟然可以嚟兩次都有頭髮吊住，然後套餐又話要一早訂定先可以減$300，但係事前完全冇人講過有套餐可以訂定先。服務態度勁差好似爭佢錢，一家人食飯俾佢搞到一肚氣，大家千祈唔好去食！所有嚟嘅嘢食都係凍嘅，全部都好似已經擺咗一個鐘，5分鐘上晒所有餸菜，簡直離晒譜。如果唔係，因為要就老人家根本就唔會嚟食呢間嘢，永久Blacklist，價錢雖然係平，但衛生極度惡劣。
