八爪魚泡菜軍艦:上桌時已倒塌,味道一般。
梅子果凍:沒有梅子味,與一般啫喱沒分別。
日式紫蕃薯布丁:質感怪怪的,沒有蕃薯味,實在不值得一試。

服務方面,由於我們坐在角落的位置,要入紙點菜時得花點時間才找到侍應;但亦因我們坐得較偏僻,所以頗寧靜,可以舒適自在地談天,環境不錯。

整體而言,我會再光顧火間土的放題,希望尖沙咀的火間土也有提供啦!

芝麻及綠茶雪糕 - 都很好吃, 是飯後好甜品, 來個終結呢; 但那個芒果及紫蕃薯布丁則不太好吃, 感覺很粉, 不建議點.

這裡刺身, 燒物類都算是不錯, 以這個價錢在銅鑼灣來說真的可以接受, 一次過滿足到不同種類的要求呢! 不過服務方便就算是差, 服務員還好, 經理級的好像不願服務般, 大慨到了10點半左右只剩下2-3枱客已經很不耐煩, 可能想早點收工吧!

While the waiter guide us to the table, I ask him whether we can sit at the sofa booth seat and he said, "No!" without telling me why. The beef are so hard to chew, it cost us $98, but i think the quality of the beef is the one that is very cheap.
The chicken wings and fried vegetables are ok.
The tuna sushi is so bad, the tuna is not fresh and it got no taste at all.
The Eel rice also, so bad in taste.
The worst is the very bad service, we dine there for 1 and 1/2 hours, and the waiters never came to refill our tea. Everytime, We need to ask him to fill for us and he shows us a bad face while he was doing it.
Their food and service are really really bad,
and the dinner cost us in total of $380.
It's so not worth it and I will never go to dine at this restaurant in the future, and I have told all my friends about this very bad experience.

呢一個月因為有8折券既關係, 已經黎食左2次lunch 喇!兩次都係食雜綿魚生飯定食, 定食除左一碗魚生飯外, 仲包括埋一個淨烏東, 一個沙律, 同埋一個天婦羅菜餅, 當然仲有餐茶la先講魚生飯先, 兩次都係滿滿的, 魚生食得出係新鮮既, 飯是軟綿綿的, 幾好幾好, 至於個天婦羅菜餅呢, 都是新鮮炸出黎的, 可惜太多粉了, 口感不是太好.總括而言, 以around $70 的價錢可以食到新鮮的魚生飯定食可以說是抵的~~但係o係呢度食飯一定唔好期望上菜&埋單會好快呢, 我同3個同事由order 至上菜等左差唔多30分鐘呢, 而叫埋單到真正可以埋到單又等左15分鐘, 呢間分店人手有點兒不足, 所以lunch 去食都真係好趕下...=.=""

飯是軟綿綿的, 幾好幾好,

至於個天婦羅菜餅呢,
都是新鮮炸出黎的,
可惜太多粉了, 口感不是太好.


總括而言, 以around $70 的價錢可以食到新鮮的魚生飯定食可以說是抵的~~

1. The portion of dishes......SUPER tiny size, the tiny dishes will impressed your sight! I used to remember the how the ell sushi placed on the table, every of us was so short of the size.

2. Missing order, excepted for the tiny dishes, the order keep missing and coming VERY Slow!!

3. Sasimi - slice also cut tiny, i would say the Chef is really good for cutting those in small piece soo accurate .We used to haveing at least 2 slices for each bites then we get used to know we are eating sth. To be fair, the sasimi is the best food their, Of course not fresh but at least its still look fine to eat.

4. Meat - we been ordered several meats (guess some chicked or beef...) , we actually not able to definite what we are eating......i remember one of the meat (guess it was a string of chicken) taste weir and which is the smell of Rotten!!! I throw it up immediately to avoid getting Sick!

5. Fried Oyster - again, very tiny Fried Oyster, the size is like a HKD5 dollar, but which you can only taste most of the flour and finally we found the Oyster, but its not a "fresh one 生蠔". um...we would say the oyster is actually 蠔鼓 (the chinese dry oyster)

6. Tempura - totally disappointed of the tempura, i would say this is sth really deep fried, and hard to have bad taste!! cant realize They made it~~ Again the THICK flour is over fried (they skin is much more chunky than KFC chicken) but its cold when its served. First bite, Super OILY, Plus the sauce is totaally pissing you off, i strongly believe they dilute the sauce by pulling lots of water!

7. Babeque porkchop egg (spoiled egg) - My friend had very bad experience on this, although the spoiled egg is sucessful not cooked the yolk, but egg white is just WARM, and Yolk taste COLD!

8. Fried Chinken soft bone - nth special, Oily but you can tell you are eating chk soft bone!


9. Salad - all sauce are melted, not dare to eat as it obviously will caused you in food poisioning/ diarrhea!

****** When we getting the bill, the Manager said they are now doing promotion for half price per person (for you can order as much as you can, eventually at least half of our order are missing) , we are paying almost 270 per head.

Therefore, they are charing $500/ person originally!!!!!

主食就係辣魚子忌廉醬冷烏冬 ($88): 明太子睇得見卻食唔到辣及鹹味, 而「忌廉醬」就係菇味強勁的 cream sauce, 配 pasta 效果絕對會比烏冬好得多
配料就有仲有磨菇 (!) 及勁多飛魚籽, 拌勻醬汁及質地煙韌的烏冬同吃, 味道唔差, 但實在怪怪哋, 唔識欣賞.

朋友就(又)食蔥吞拿魚腩飯 (「中」size $58), 吞拿魚腩茸無喱味道, 而且一舊舊, 機攪的?
蔥就太碎濕濕又落得太少了吧, 拌勻成碗飯都無蔥味
不過呢碗丼 $60 有找, 睇嚟要求又唔應該太高?

食物一般, 環境就幾乾淨好坐, 招呼亦有求必應及有禮貌 (帶位嗰個悔氣 waiter 除外), 配套都 ok 吧.

連加一再 85 折 (星期日及假期每人食滿 $150 的優惠) 埋單每人約 $160, a la carte 嚟講唔係特別貴, 不過應該試過就算了.

The quality was generally very good! The sashimi and sushi were fresh and tasted delicious, especially the hamachi (yellow tail)
The kushiyaki sticks were disappointing as the meat was a bit too dry and tough. The pan fried sweet corn was touted as having "butter", but it tasted very bland. However, the chicken gristle, tempura, grilled cod fish, pan fried dumplings, and curry udon gratin were good!


Special mention goes to the cold black sesame tofu. Everyone who tried it, said it tasted great!

The bill came out to be around $250 for each of us, but we also had ordered a $400 bottle of Saki. I definitely plan on coming back to try some of the other menu choices and for the sashimi which was very good. Overall, a very good dining experience!

知道這兒新開張,所以來試一試。環境:清幽雅緻,又可以望到窗外景色,十分舒服。食物:味噌湯熱辣辣,好飲。豆腐味道較淡,冇乜豆腐味,冇驚喜。漢堡扒幾入味,配合煎蛋,正!唯配菜﹝如蕃茄、薯仔、生菜等﹞太少,每樣只得一件,太單薄了!反而熱檸水唔澀,估唔到咁好飲!服務:有禮迅速,可能是因為冇乜客人。價錢:80元一份套餐,都幾貴。好彩送上75折coupon,但只限下次的其中一份餐,太孤寒了!應該包括下次所有套餐,或送多幾張,可以派給其他同事和朋友,作宣傳之用。

海膽、帶子、三文魚飯定食 ($128) -- 這份定食以幾款刺身命名,那就先介紹海膽,其實一般人對於海膽的認識往往少於其他海產,而海膽種類繁多,不過主要食用品種以紫海膽、馬糞海膽和刺冠海膽為主。據聞海膽營養價值頗高,有滋陰補腎、養顏護膚作用。至於這裡的海膽,入口沒有異味,但又唔覺甚麼海水味,而且也未算特別鮮甜,口感只屬一般。不過北海道帶子就真的不錯,肥大肉厚,完全沒有一般急凍帶子的雪水味,入口鮮甜,口感清新。而我至愛的三文魚,可能是由近腩肉部份切下,所以肉質特別肥美嫩滑,口感一流。當然不得不提的是日本米做的飯煙韌黏口,飯面加上薑片,跟辣根及豉油撈勻來食,飯粒與各款刺身融合一起,確實鮮味無比。

這款定食除主角外,還有熱騰騰的麵豉湯,內裡有很多小野菇,湯底有濃濃的麵豉香味,加上滑滑的豆腐,飲得非常舒服。套餐還包日式定食必備的沙律和蒸蛋,沙律菜很新鮮,入口清甜,非常醒胃,而蒸蛋雖然口感略濕,但甜而富蛋香,質感幼滑,的確唔錯。

特選牛扒定食 ($90) -- 由於友人是牛魔王一名,所以亦選了一款七成熟的牛扒套餐。其實這定食的牛扒份量不算少,而且賣相也不錯,雖然肉質並不是甚麼A級貨色,但放上桌時,其肉身呈粉嫩色,而且熱度亦夠高,牛扒入口肉味濃郁,肉汁豐富,牛味十足,加上肉質鬆化,就算唔夠豐饒肥美,也食得大家非常盡興開心。份餐還有適量的粟米、青瓜、番茄、薯仔和蔬菜伴碟,健康感大增。

除此之外,這份定食還有醃漬物、豆腐、麵豉湯等,麵豉湯剛才提過味道唔會過份濃郁,唔錯,不過豆腐味道就無甚驚喜,豆味較為單薄,而且口感唔夠滑溜,欠缺豆腐那種甘香味道。

最後到跟餐的熱檸茶和熱檸水,由其令我欣賞的是那杯黑漆漆的檸茶,茶味夠濃,消膩解滯,為這餐畫上一個圓美的句號。由於用了折扣券,這餐結帳只需 $185.30,都算抵食,在此更要謝謝友人的一番美意及所贈送的朱古力。
