第一次嘗試熟食中心的泰國菜，雖然位置比較細，但望落好似好正宗咁，就試下沙嗲串燒（半打）我地揀左半牛半雞，招沙嗲汁一流，雞肉滑既，唔會燒到乾，牛肉都未至於好乾，但同平時泰國菜串燒一樣，冇咩特別。馬拉盞炒通菜正常發揮，帶有啲微辣海鮮炒飯完全同普通既炒飯冇分別😅食揚州炒飯好過蠔餅蠔餅係用鐵板上，外邊脆，中間部分軟，而且有好多蠔仔。燒魚燒魚外脆，入面好滑，而且係超級無敵大，超級多肉，再點啲辣汁一流，真係好抵食 continue reading

強勢回歸！終於返嚟喇！金泰館三年前突然結業，之後曾經出現過喺長沙灣保安道街市，但好快又再消失咗。正當諗住以後都再食唔返佢嘅味道，佢就返嚟石塘咀😋同老闆娘傾咗幾句，之前真係搬咗去長沙灣，不過因為客唔多所以好快就冇做。新舖位喺權記隔離，我都係一次偶然性先發現，應該仲有好多熟客未知。每次指定動作係海南雞飯，好鍾意佢個泰式醬味道，更加欣賞老闆娘嘅熱情招待，人情味情意結。今次再去雖然有三年冇見，但老闆娘仍然記得我要食乜，真係好開心😋以後又多返一個選擇👍 continue reading
