餐廳係商場M層, 有啲難搵, 好彩之前係附近返工所以記得路, 最後順利到達冇遲到。壽司主廚Araki san之前係Nobu工作, 我天真地以為出品會比較Fusion, 但原來都唔算。師傅握功好, 壽司飯醋味適中, 咬口偏向點點軟嗰個方向, 壽司Size頗大件, 幾啱我食。個人最欣賞嘅包括經較長時間熟成嘅大鮪腹, 雖然似係養殖嘅但處理得宜, 非常肥美。金目鯛, 毛蟹肉配馬糞海膽,白蝦三文魚子都料靚而且俾得慷慨。整體服務食物都滿意, 必然會再訪😋

日本菜在中環開到成行成市,在置地這間位置不易找的Kakure的裝修吸引了我的注意。餐廳入口在置地廣場很不顯眼的樓梯底,但午餐時間仍然很多人!我們幾個人點了toro sushi set、鰻魚飯、海膽飯。海膽飯的價錢比較貴,很鮮甜但事實上份量又不是很多,性價比就比較見仁見智。壽司組合了不同部位的toro,從瘦到肥賣相很吸引,亦是個人當日最喜歡的菜式。鰻魚飯味道只可以說是不過不失,燒有點過火魚身側面和背面有點焦,之前都沒有見過這種情況。朋友還點了其他套餐,價錢都在600元以上,整餐飯大約每人花了400元以上,但沒有很滿足的感覺,建議份量和味道上可以再提高一點。

The service is absolutely fantastic and the servers greet you by name.Food is high quality while seafood is fresh. The chef is also professional.Quiet environment which is good for couples, business, or small group gathering. Highly recommend!

之前因為朋友介紹嚟過呢度食晚餐,除咗嘢食得呢度嘅吧真係好正,呢度有成個酒櫃放滿全部由日本帶返黎嘅whisky, 得一支飲完就冇。雖然地方細細,但呢度嘅燈光同氣氛都好好,令人好舒服。值得一題係呢間係太子大廈裏面嘅bar平時竟然仲有Happy Hour, 所以真係好值得去。我點解呢杯酒係bartender介紹嘅,好好味,係有sake嘅champagne. 最重要係呢度嘅refreshment係佢哋釀咗明太子嘅olives! 我係一個超級無敵鍾意食olives嘅人,釀咗明太子嘅olives真係好好味食唔停口。

Kakure is a somewhat pricey (comparatively) Jap lunch option in the heart of Central, but sitting by the sushi counter is quite an awe-inspiring spectacle, and the food/experience is worth it. We ordered the thin-cut rolled steak teppanyaki set, beef udon, and soft-shelled crab roll. All were pretty attractively presented and good.

The crab roll is pretty wide, so if you have a unique or nontraditional chopstick holding style, the entire roll may completely fall apart in front of you. Chopstick skill can be obviously learned and improved if you have the determination and diligence to do so, but not everyone does. Some people persist in holding their chopsticks like a hairbrush or TV remote control deep into their mid-20s.

We had a brownie-filled chocolate chip cookie later which sucked. Was not allowed to hold hands or PDA afterwards

今天與友人去了置地的日本餐廳吃牛餐,位置有點難找,建議提早前往。我點了一個最貴的松花堂便當,便當有迷你海膽飯、牛肉串燒、中吞拿魚腩刺身、汁煮鮑魚、今天的時令燒魚就是鱈魚。味道不差,不過$660的價錢有點小貴,即是在中環地段仍然是覺得有點over price,份量不小,但食物質素仍需提升才對得起價錢。試了一點鰻魚飯,鰻魚飯OK的,但對於一客300多元的鰻魚飯,還是不能只要求OK,300多元的鰻魚飯是必需好吃。總結就是可以嘗試,但性價比不高,有點不值得。

今日客人約咗我喺中環太子大廈連接歷山大廈橋口要落10級樓梯左右嘅新日本餐廳「Kakure隱日本餐廳」食午餐,我點左「煙燻雞腿御膳」Smoked Chicken Gozen,飽到上心口,包括煮大根(即是白蘿蔔,呢個幾好味,有啲瑤柱)、茶碗蒸(燉蛋、用的木魚湯食得出是新鮮製的)、日式雜菜沙律(冇乜特別,沙律醬汁喺超市都買到)、刺身兩種(有吞拿魚和不知什麼白色的魚,呢個反而冇乜特別鮮甜味)、銀雪魚鐵板燒(味道唔錯)、主菜日本雞肉飯(用日本的櫻花目燒着然之後煙燻,一打開個木蓋即刻冒煙,香噴噴!👍啲日本雞肉味道都好!)、味噌煮(其實這個汁係倒入鐵板銀雪魚度,鹹度啱啱好!)$450再加一,$500也!想不到中環太子大廈的日本餐也不太貴!😳客人點了的是剁碎左嘅吞拿魚魚生飯,走葱,看來她也滿意,$260再加一。呢度嘅裝修非常之靚,坐得又舒服,根本想像不到太子大廈會有這個相宜價錢的日本餐廳,以後約朋友或者客人喺中環見面又多一個非常之好嘅選擇。
