Kakure is a somewhat pricey (comparatively) Jap lunch option in the heart of Central, but sitting by the sushi counter is quite an awe-inspiring spectacle, and the food/experience is worth it. The crab roll is pretty wide, so if you have a unique or nontraditional chopstick holding style, the entire roll may completely fall apart in front of you. Chopstick skill can be obviously learned and improved if you have the determination and diligence to do so, but not everyone does. Some people persist in holding their chopsticks like a hairbrush or TV remote control deep into their mid-20s.
We had a brownie-filled chocolate chip cookie later which sucked. Was not allowed to hold hands or PDA afterwards
