年廿七朋友突然吹雞食團年,都有好一段時間冇見,臨急臨忙唔知買乜上去食,突然想起朋友們都好喜歡羊腩煲,呢個疫情應該大家都冇乜機會食到,我自己都好幾年冇食過.朋友好喜歡特登過來明星,以前經常來,話佢的羊腩煲好好食,真心講我以前覺得好難食😅 不過佢地中意🤷🏼‍♀️ 我尚且打過電話去明星看下有冇,點知佢話冇賣好耐,明既,疫情的變化令食肆的模式都轉變曬. 然後沖落去金溪問下啦,因為平時經過會見到門口有貼紙寫住有羊腩煲,老闆娘竟然話有,仲有八折,大鍋折後$263,仲跟一包生菜,即比錢,等十分鐘左右就有.原本以為呢個價錢唔會有好多羊腩,食開羊腩煲的朋友年年都講話加價(因為佢地真是好中意食),而且味道份量都麻麻!本來冇乜期望,去到朋友屋企到出來,結果裝4人份量盤菜的盤滿咗😬 👇 食之前煲咗大概半個鐘之後的色澤,好多羊腩,6人每人都食咗6舊左右,呢個價錢我覺得好抵食,而且食完唔口渴,支竹超入味,但是馬蹄同冬菇就唔多,真是羊腩多😋然後年三十經過特登看下幾時開,佢寫年初二,到時再買來開年剛好!然後初二又沖落去,都擔心佢第一日開舖唔知有冇,點知佢話有,又要咗個大鍋,而且新年唔加價之餘仲繼續有八折,即刻比錢$263😍😍👇年初二的份量,剛好年三十晚食完盤菜,有個盤可以用,未煲的樣👇 返去我覺得要煲半個鐘先會淋d,屋企四個人食,羊腩食唔曬,但是食曬咗d支竹😅 continue reading

前日(25-12-2020 Fri)晏晝,同老公由西九文化公園返屋企,就喺喥買隻$78.00嘅鹽焗雞做餸,由於重係o緊,我哋要等半個鐘至有.老闆娘問使唔使幫我哋斬?不過佢提議唔好斬,因怕啲肉汁流晒出嚟.咁唔斬啦.拎到返屋企,嗅到一陣炭燶味,其實喺買嘅時候,門口焗緊時已嗅到呢陣味.到開餐喇,我哋切開食,都係食到呢陣臭炭燶味,鹹香味極少,肉質係OK嘅.但雞腳同我食嗰隻翼腿係有瘀黑,而內臟又未清晒,感覺麻麻. 唉!今次俾錯機會佢.上次食評係09年7月25日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%8A%AA%E5%8A%9Bsell-o%E9%87%8E-e2014958 continue reading

呢間餐廳係每年都只會食一次,就係新年親戚聚餐,因為呢啲茶樓先有大枱畀我哋,最少要坐兩圍枱,叫咗幾個家常小菜,畀啲評價大家睇下啦魚香茄子煲,送飯一流,味道好惹味,呢一個係我哋最快清晒洗㗎另外粟米魚塊就覺得都幾香,而且量多,我哋都夠分黎食。嗌咗個乾炒牛河,但味道一般,冇乜特別蒜蓉開邊蝦仲弊,佢上枱嘅時候聞到好香嘅,但食落去嘅時候,發現佢啲蒜蓉唔係每一隻蝦都有,變咗有啲蝦真係清蒸...反而簡單嘅菜西蘭花鮮尤仲夠味過佢。 continue reading

琴日晏晝五點20幾分黎,,見到出面都仲有lunnch 牌,、但問個女人,就話lunnch 下午2點半後就冇㗎啦,、雖然我覺得我好似俾人呃左,唔通一間茶餐廳下午就要人哋叫小菜?但都唔理啦,點知叫左餸後,有個伯伯入黎外賣lunnch set,、咁我問返啦,點知話,外賣可以,堂食唔得😂😂係咪㗎,,以前老闆做收銀時,我覺得好好,有心做街坊生意,、但自從一個貌似老闆娘嘅人落咗黎之後好似變曬,早幾個月前一家食左七百幾、個女人收我八百幾、、問返,佢話係加一,,食左咁多次,都未試過加一,,原本以為生意難做、加一幫補下、、點知琴日埋單時、老闆坐收銀、、冇收我加一、、當時就知係個女人呃我,超級衰,想俾老闆知道,有咁樣既人落鋪真係會好影響你生意😤😤 continue reading

每次回媽媽家,當媽媽堅持煮飯,我們兄弟姐妹就會呱呱叫,太辛苦了,到金溪買外賣吧。這裡外賣很便宜,30多元一個小菜,十個400不到,不要煮吧。薰蹄必點,例湯5元一碗,還有碟頭飯也是28。味道,中間尚可,30多元即做小菜,不要要求太高了。 continue reading
