To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海陸空鐵板餐超級豐富，有炸魚柳，豬扒同埋雞翼，我揀咗意粉係茄汁意粉，配菜有粟米西蘭花蕃茄仔。個魚柳超嫩炸得，豬扒唔太厚但好有肉味，食到係幾新鮮嘅，雞翼炸好熱辣辣。我揀咗蒜蓉汁，上枱時鐵板好夠熱啲汁淋落去嘅時候查一聲！好正，好耐冇食過有質素又性價比高嘅茶餐廳鐵板餐！我仲揀咗配紅豆冰，紅豆冰粒粒勁大粒👍🏻我朋友叫咗個海南雞飯，睇起嚟起碼都有大半隻雞咁多有脾有翼，雞肉同雞皮都好香好嫩滑，覺得個油飯出色，有好香嘅香茅味同埋其他香料嘅味，唔係hea雞油飯，另外配料有海南雞醬油，炸嘅脆花生同埋姜蓉。個老火湯都唔錯，無味精好夠味。食飽同朋友傾計又口痕另外仲加咗個茶餐同朋友share，雞髀西多士，夠鮮鮮熱辣即叫即整。唔錯。令我意外嘅係金記都算係一間茶餐廳，但係佢哋嘅員工，幾個姐姐都勁有禮貌。我哋去嘅時候三點幾都算爆場，咁忙嘅情況下，由待應到收銀都好有笑容。值得一讚！
