話明黎食雞煲,當然梗係第一時間點左‘’老重慶奇味雞煲‘’,餐廳好細心,雞煲有2種分量;可以選大同小煲。我同舊同事得2個女仔,當然就係點左個小煲,咁就唔會只係食到雞煲食唔到其他野喇!
但正當你以為小煲分量唔多時,原來都係一大煲,有半隻雞既分量。還好我地先點左雞煲後再慢慢點其他既配菜,所以最後都冇餘下太多野食唔晒。
金樂軒最出名就係雞煲,有重慶特色之餘,湯汁麻口配上嫩滑雞件,非常惹味。食完雞煲我地當然唔好浪費咁惹味既湯汁,我地再點左墨魚丸魚皮餃雙拼,鮮淮山,炸芋頭,篙笋做雞煲配菜。
另外,我見餐廳牆上推介必食之選有麻辣魚皮,我自己超鐘意食魚皮。當然就唔會放過喇!魚皮真係超爽,再配上麻辣汁,好味到唔停得口。最尾我地仲點埋麻辣皮蛋。

北角不嬲都多嘢食,肥雞就同朋友試吓位於北角嘅金樂軒雞煲魚鍋,一睇名就知一係食雞煲,一係食烤魚,咁肥雞就選擇咗後者。肥雞揀咗一份細嘅烤魚微微辣。佢嘅烤魚係用沙巴魚,魚身炸得香脆,配埋香濃嘅蒜味湯汁,下邊仲有少少配菜,例如豆卜芽菜,佢嘅魚非常之香口,睇得出係用新鮮嘅沙巴魚去整,再嗌咗一啲打邊爐用嘅菜,例如唐生菜新鮮淮山,萵筍等,除此之外,仲嗌咗個涼拌海蜇小黃瓜,酸酸甜甜嘅海蜇,配埋清爽嘅黃瓜,十分之開胃。再試多個黑醋糖排骨,同我哋嘅糖醋排骨冇乜分別,但係用咗黑醋,肥雞鍾意食黑醋,所以覺得佢嘅酸但有一份香味。
