呢間舖頭喺北角都幾出名㗎,今次我哋除咗點咗雞煲之外呢,仲試咗其他嘅小炒。第一個係鐵板薑蔥生蠔,有六隻生蠔,我哋兩個人啱啱夠食,而炒出嚟係非常之有鑊氣,好好食。第二個呢,就係椒絲腐乳通菜,我覺得炒出嚟好多水,同埋唔係好夠椒絲味,同唔係好夠腐乳味。至於主打嘅雞煲呢,就梗係好好食啦,我哋叫咗半隻份量啱啱好,食完雞煲呢仲可以加湯打邊爐。我哋加咗萵筍,豆腐卜,同埋牛丸墨魚丸,所以喺咁寒冷嘅夜晚,呢個都一個幾好嘅選擇。

路面見到金樂軒係食雞煲、 酸菜魚同小菜, 路見好香, 於是入去試吓。 叫左豬肚雞半份食, 用打邊爐形式食, 份量都ok, 豬肚乾淨爽口又大件, 雞肉淡淡肉。 然後見好多人都叫蝦, 就叫左美極蝦, 蝦好新鮮, 而且蝦都算大隻。 蝦肉彈牙爽口, 這種蝦仲有好多蝦膏, 加上用五美極蝦頭勁多汁好juicy 惹味。 另外粉絲龍躉, 粉絲好入味, 龍躉好滑好新鮮juicy , 斬開一大件方便食, 就算有骨的都斬得大件d 容易睇到, 魚皮都好滑溜溜, 整體都好好食,下次再嚟過。

餐廳係一般街坊茶餐廳/小菜館格局,每張枱上邊都預備咗電磁爐。因為餐廳係主打雞煲,魚鍋,食完仲可以加配料打邊爐。一坐低,就有職員過嚟介紹招牌菜,除咗雞煲同埋魚鍋之外,仲介紹咗幾款招牌小菜。聽到啲小菜覺得好吸引。所以叫咗四款小菜食:黄金蝦球 $148一碟有好多,而且每隻都好大,鹹蛋黃醬好香口,仲食到一粒粒鹹蛋黃,味道調校得好好,蝦爽口彈牙。香煎墨魚餅 $138好足料,又唔會好多油。千鍋椰菜花$98呢個煲超大,比我想像中大好多,佢雖然淨係寫椰菜花,不過裏面係有啲豬肉,少少辣,好惹味。蒜蓉蒸龍躉$208好似平時酒樓或者海鮮菜館清蒸龍躉頭腩一樣,食得出係好新鮮。估唔到小店都有咁嘅質素,份量又多,超抵食。總結:每樣小菜都做得出色,廚師應記一功。冇咩味精,食完唔會口渴。雖然係街坊小店,冇咩裝修可言,因為好食,一定會再幫襯。
