最近去咗沙田圍嘅「金沙角美食小廚」食大排檔小炒,依間餐廳好旺場,設有室內、室外座位,小菜款款都鑊氣夠、份量多,大大碟,啱曬一大班人約埋Share一齊食,餐牌食物款式多,價錢合理,略嫌飲品費用為獨立計算收費,而需另外繳付有關金額$24。芝士焗桶蠔烏冬底(單點$238),表面鋪滿水牛芝士,採用美國桶蠔製作,桶蠔好大隻,肉質肥美,略嫌口感食落有點類似蠔豉,烏冬口感煙韌,容易掛汁,配以水牛芝士、芝士醬食用,味道濃郁。椒鹽鮮魷拼九肚魚(單點$133),椒鹽鮮魷,炸皮口感薄脆,魷魚口感爽彈,食落好新鮮,配以椒鹽、炸蒜食用,食落好香口;椒鹽九肚魚,口感外酥脆內嫩滑,味道鮮甜,配以喼汁食用,味道清爽。懷舊煎蠔餅(單點$108),份量大,表面鋪有芫荽,蠔餅炸得金黃酥脆,口感厚身,蠔仔、粉漿比例適中,蠔仔肉質飽滿,食落鮮味十足,配以魚露食用,味道更佳。金銀蛋浸時蔬(單點$88),表面鋪有肉碎,菠菜口感爽嫩,採用三色蛋製作,包括有皮蛋、鹹蛋、雞蛋,鹹蛋味道鹹香。巴侖氏清熱菊花飲(單點$12),飲落帶有花香,味道清甜。道地鴨屎香檸檬茶(單點$12),味道酸甜,略嫌鴨屎香茶底茶味不夠突出。普洱(跟餐$0),茶味濃香。 continue reading

現在香港特色冬菇亨的大排檔也愈來愈少了,這裡就剛好有一間,而且是一出地鐵站就有的,位置挺方便的,而且地方挺大,性價比又高,沒有加一!超值孖寶(脆皮燒鵝+清蒸海上鮮)(288元)脆皮燒鵝真的很有驚喜的,味道比起很多店舖都要好,鵝皮很脆,吃起來入口即化,滿口鵝油香,肉質結實,有濃濃的鵝香,配上燒鵝汁吃起來特別鮮美!海上鮮今天的是倉魚,比想像中的要大條,而且蒸得剛剛好,肉質很嫩滑,而且能吃出真的是新鮮魚,完全不會腥,愛吃魚的要試試看!海南文昌雞(148元/半隻)店員特別推薦的說的是用上新鮮雞,所以價錢比其他的貴。上桌後吃起來真的挺不錯,肉質結實有雞味,皮嫩滑,配上薑蓉更突出雞肉香。紅燒乳鴿王(75元/隻)乳鴿不是BB鴿,所以比較大隻的,炸得香脆,肉挺厚,但也醃得挺入味的,吃起來肉味較濃。 豉椒炒鵝腸(100元)性價比挺高的,鵝腸份量挺足,豉椒炒味道特別濃香,每條鵝腸裹上醬汁,吃起來又爽又嫩的。椒鹽鮮魷(138元)份量很足,滿滿的一座鮮魷小山的感覺,炸得香脆,內裡爽滑!沙爹金菇肥牛煲(105元)一鍋裡面有大量的金菇,粉絲和肥牛,吃起來有濃濃的沙嗲味,口感又嫩又脆又有肥牛的油香。沙拉豬扒(98元)這個也挺驚人的,全是豬扒,而且有炸香,再包裹上酸甜的沙拉醬,味道開胃,口感外脆內嫩的。懷舊煎蠔餅(108元)這個蠔餅比平常的要厚,炸得香脆,而且用的蠔仔也很大隻的,入口鮮甜,感覺是比較港式的做法。 continue reading

新春期間去親戚屋企拜年, 然後去咗呢間很有大排檔風味嘅《金沙角美食小厨》。對比傳統舊式大排檔, 呢度地方環境被翻新過, 更整潔企理, 設有室內同室外座位。食物款式多, 價錢合理, 而且份量大大碟, 岩哂一大班人約埋share食。【豉油皇鵝腸】HK$100鵝腸份量多, 個汁鹹度剛剛好, 有少量芽菜墊底, 而鵝腸比例佔多, 沒有太多肥油層連帶, 質地好爽。【脆皮炸大腸】HK$100大腸外層炸得微脆, 沒有異味, 嫌腸內油層多咗少少。【椒鹽鮮魷】HK$138炸皮薄、酥脆而不油, 魷魚爽彈, 雙重口感, 加上少少椒鹽同炸蒜, 香口非常, 送酒一流!【豉汁蒸大鱔】HK$168鱔皮超爽滑, 鱔肉厚切爽彈兼富獨有嘅鮮魚香, 豉汁更加提鮮, 更惹味, 必食首選。【豉椒牛肉炒河】HK$85炒得有穫氣, 每啖入口都散發陣陣豉椒香氣, 茨汁令炒河濕滑, 牛肉偏有些少口感但唔會太硬。 continue reading
