新春期間去親戚屋企拜年, 然後去咗呢間很有大排檔風味嘅《金沙角美食小厨》。對比傳統舊式大排檔, 呢度地方環境被翻新過, 更整潔企理, 設有室內同室外座位。食物款式多, 價錢合理, 而且份量大大碟, 岩哂一大班人約埋share食。【豉油皇鵝腸】HK$100鵝腸份量多, 個汁鹹度剛剛好, 有少量芽菜墊底, 而鵝腸比例佔多, 沒有太多肥油層連帶, 質地好爽。【脆皮炸大腸】HK$100大腸外層炸得微脆, 沒有異味, 嫌腸內油層多咗少少。【椒鹽鮮魷】HK$138炸皮薄、酥脆而不油, 魷魚爽彈, 雙重口感, 加上少少椒鹽同炸蒜, 香口非常, 送酒一流!【豉汁蒸大鱔】HK$168鱔皮超爽滑, 鱔肉厚切爽彈兼富獨有嘅鮮魚香, 豉汁更加提鮮, 更惹味, 必食首選。【豉椒牛肉炒河】HK$85炒得有穫氣, 每啖入口都散發陣陣豉椒香氣, 茨汁令炒河濕滑, 牛肉偏有些少口感但唔會太硬。 continue reading

今晚去咗博康邨嘅金沙角美食小厨,係傳統有穫氣嘅熟食中心。呢度環境幾舒適,食到嘅菜式好美味。不可不點嘅椒鹽鮮魷($138),魷魚炸得金黃酥脆,椒鹽嘅味道剛好,不過我覺得可以再多一點點辣,會更有味。薑葱炒蟹($200)。蟹肉鮮甜,加上薑葱嘅香味,好味到連薑葱都食埋。蒜蓉蒸蝦($158),蝦肉非常鮮嫩,蒜蓉嘅香氣亦唔會太重,反而襯托咗蝦本身嘅鮮甜。金銀蛋菠菜($88),菠菜煮得剛好,配上金銀蛋,口感滑溜,滋味十足。總體嚟講,金沙角美食小厨價錢合理,如果你鍾意海鮮,呢度值得一試。下次再嚟試下其他菜! continue reading

就快絕跡嘅大排檔(金沙角美食小廚)大排檔係香港特色之一,以前係好多大排檔,而家買小見小,因為全部都已經入哂鋪頭,咁懷舊嘅大排檔真係聊聊可數,大排檔咁當然係食小菜,蠔餅,海鮮等。首先講下呢度炸蠔餅,真係超級足料,非常多蠔肉,仲要炸到超級脆卜卜,再點少少魚露係我必叫之一。苦瓜炆班腩,呢道菜真係好有味道!苦瓜嘅苦味同班腩嘅肥膩搭埋一齊,班腩炆得軟軟,吸咗苦瓜嘅味,食落去有種回甘嘅感覺。蒜蓉炒豆苗,呢道菜就簡單又好食。宮保雞丁,雞丁炒得香脆,配上腰果同芹菜,口感層次好豐富。腰果嘅香脆,真係食到停唔到口。沙拉骨就係一個好滋味嘅選擇,肉質嫩滑,味道濃郁。用沙律煮出嚟嘅豬扒啖啖肉酸酸甜甜超級好送飯。 continue reading

今日去沙田探親戚 見到樓下有間大排檔 好多人食 所以就入去試吓 到我哋食完走都仲見到有人等緊位😱黑椒薯仔牛柳粒牛柳粒炒得好惹味 全部餸都係新鮮炒出嚟嘅 熱辣辣 啲牛柳粒都好大嚿西檸雞球好大塊嘅雞扒 塊雞扒好嫩 而家有西檸雞食嘅地方越來越少啦😮‍💨鮮豬潤啫啫骨煲好大煲 好足料 個煲上嚟嘅時候都沙沙聲㗎🤤暖笠笠咁 真係好暖胃😍金銀蛋浸時蔬佢可以俾我哋揀白菜仔或者菠菜 我哋就揀咗白菜仔 好大碟 而且仲有啲肉碎 好濃味😋椒鹽鮮魷椒鹽鮮魷係大排檔必點嘅嘢食 呢度嘅魷魚好大嚿 好有咬口 好彈牙 炸到金色咁 真係食到停唔到🤤 continue reading
