店員得一個姨姨,有笑容有盛,對熟客會記得佢哋習慣,或有關懷佢地的傾偈!幾街坊人情味濃厚!

15人,(部份小食沒有拍照)過萬元的一餐,貴在什麼地方呢?小店坐得不算舒服,食物和酒樓相差無幾,食物沒有私房菜的特色和驚喜,卻收取私房菜的價錢,簡單如當日宴會的菜單都欠奉,當日我們被催促交枱給下一圍(是我們不對,我們答應了交桌的,但餸菜來得慢,我們也吃得慢)我不明白,大家是為什麼願意付出這麼多時間精神金錢去吃如斯普通的一餐?

行完山,誤打誤撞來到筲箕灣。本想到安莉,到了關門時間,已cut單…… 看到對面金大東好像不錯,誤打誤撞來到這裡別晚餐。 服務不錯,年輕侍應很勤力。叫了4碟餸,芥蘭,蒸雞,煲仔飯和炒蜆!芥蘭和煲仔飯正常 。 蒸雞價錢偏貴,圖中價錢要二百多元。 砂鍋炒蜆味道偏鹹。 茶錢加4碟餸,盛惠五百多元,價錢偏貴,這個價錢可以有更好的選擇。

每次阿叔來港,都要來金東大。多年水準依舊。一進門,我即問伙記,今天可有魚腸。知道有以後,雀躍不已,忙問今天怎處理。老闆娘說今天只可以做雞蛋焗魚腸。我心裏有點失望。不過當菜上了,乖乖不得了,非常好吃,魚腸比蛋還要多,魚油香四溢,一絲腥味也沒有,平常阿叔不吃魚腸,也一添再添,吃到一半才想起要拍照。今晚老闆推介西星,蒸得剛好,吃完才記起忘了拍照。意猶未盡,老闆推介鹹鮮,每日兩條小魚,魚質彈牙,鮮甜美味。燉湯足料,吃得出各種食材的層次,煎魚做的湯底,雞腳和豬肉吊味,冬菇凊香,菜膽甜,花膠滑。再加一個炒鷄雜,惹味得很。一個清炒菜心苗作結尾。最後的甜點,是店家自家制雪糕年糕,非常特別,清新又不太甜!值得一提的是,店內提供各種不同的酒杯,雖然客人很多,伙記仍不厭其煩為我們準備。不過上菜有點亂,上錯兩次菜,為唯一的美中不足。

Ordinary food, nothing special. Staff were not helpful during our meal, did not not offer drinks and made no effort to translate when we asked which drinks were available. Ended up buying drinks from the little shops outside after our meal.

以前很喜歡吃這家店的碳爐煲仔飯,但這家店因為名聲響,菜越來越貴也越來越不好吃。隨便一個小炒都要80-90,這個價格可以在環境更好的餐廳吃飯吧。今日行完山過來食飯,叫了兩個煲仔飯,第二個煲仔飯上錯了,結果等了大半個小時都沒有補上,叫了第一個waiter問,哦了一聲就走開了,5分鐘後再問第二個waitress, 等了好久才跟我們說漏單了。天,前前後後接近1個小時才告訴我們漏單?! 真是火滾差勁的服務,一般的菜品,以後不需要再來!若想食好吃的煲仔飯,灣仔地鐵站附近就有一家,比這家便宜!
