甘一刀,是選每一件豬肉的分佈,前端肥肉,然後半肥肉,最後是全瘦。甘一刀是切了肥肉和半肥肉,烤得發焦,再一大塊一大塊斬出來,這部份的肉有限,要吃這道甘一刀,得預訂。

趁住去大球場睇波,特登幫襯呢間出名燒鵝專門店試吓點好味,打開餐牌,發覺價錢天花板,一碟清炒時蔬都要$138碟,1/4隻燒鵝下庒收220。於是2人不如叫2碟叉燒、燒鵝雙拼飯試吓算數,見例湯$18 一碗,就問夥計今晚例湯是甚麽,回覆是西洋菜煲牛鞦魚,於是叫了2碗,首先講食物方面,燒鵝普通,四圍都吃得到,不值咁貴,叉燒就不磡,又乾又柴,好失敗,碗例湯尚可,吃完,諗住只此一次,不會返頭,於是出舖面埋單走人,心諗$220 可以,怎知要$386 ,細看張單,嘩!乜每碗例湯收我$90嘅,2碗共$180 ,有冇咁亂嚟呀,細問之下,佢解釋話晚市無例湯,但餐牌卻有例湯$18碗,只有燉湯西洋菜牛鞦魚湯4-6 位,每盅$730 ,所以就屈我每碗收$90 ,真係亂咁嚟,成個飲食業比呢啲害羣之馬搞彎晒,我拒絕支付,我話我清楚同侍應講是$18 的例湯,不是你所指的無標價的例湯,所以我只付例湯$18 一碗算數,唔收就報警解決,誠哥有云,君子愛財,取之有道,希望飲食業同儕要有誠意去做生意,飲食業才不會走下坡。

要我嚟打分嘅話十分應該可以打到6-7分,先講燒鵝,食材食得出係靚鵝嚟嘅,考慮到成本鋪租,收得呢個價錢絕對係無可厚非,但係醬汁就有啲食唔慣。叉燒就略微肥膩咗少少,基本食一啖已經唔想再夾第二舊。同行有內地嚟嘅朋友,根據佢講法就係呢個level嘅出品係絕對唔值呢個價錢。
