世貿中心翻新咗之後冇以前咁死氣沉沉,亦都多咗好多唔同嘅商舖。係行街嘅時候,無意之間發現咗呢一間過江龍,其實當時最吸引嘅位係亀井鮨係全港首間主打「生酮壽司」嘅舖頭,但係由於我真係好想食澱粉,所以最後都係嗌咗其他嘢,如果下次去嘅話一定會試一試。‣ 北海丼 $288每間餐廳嘅北海丼都會有啲唔同,例如有啲北海丼會有白身魚或者吞拿魚。而亀井鮨嘅北海丼有三文魚、帆立貝、蟹肉、蟹籽、日本海膽同甜蝦,咁啱都係一啲我好鍾意嘅刺身。三文魚嘅肉質細嫩,對我嚟講魚肉肥瘦適中,同時都帶有魚香,我忍唔住再額外嗌多咗幾塊三文魚。帆立貝質地相當柔軟,唔會有腥味。其他刺身就正常發揮,但海膽略嫌腥味較重。‣ 香蔥鮪魚腩蓉丼 $198食落去嘅時候覺得鮪魚腩蓉丼比起想像中出色,佢喺香蔥混合飯素,令魚香味道更加突出。而我覺得魚蓉食落去個口感相當之綿密,同時魚本身都好新鮮,所以每啖你食落去都會覺得好幸福。‣ 雜錦天婦羅 $128本身對天婦羅冇太大嘅期望,但我覺得係有驚喜。天婦羅外表睇落金黃酥脆,唔會覺得個炸衣太厚,食落去好似成口炸粉。最驚喜嘅位係佢真係可以保持到食材本身嘅口感同埋風味,就好似香菇,咬落去嘅時候啲汁係口腔入面爆發出嚟。當然佢嘅炸蝦都處理得唔錯,可以保持到蝦嘅嫩滑彈牙。但我覺得比起炸蝦天婦羅,佢啲蔬菜天婦羅更加值得一試。#foodbara_diary continue reading

行過銅鑼灣,聞到一股鮮味襲來,我就跟咗鼻就入咗間日本百年老店叫亀井鮨。內裏嘅裝潢古色古香,彷彿帶我一秒飛咗去日本。坐低後,我call咗份「極上盛」,盛到出黎嘅壽司,樣子搞得就好似藝術品咁,色彩繽紛,賞心悅目。👀每一啖壽司都似在講故事,大拖羅肥美得滑過喉嚨,海膽滋味豐富,令我回味無窮。油甘魚同牡丹蝦就鮮甜得嚟,又彈牙得聲,啖啖肉感覺好有滿足感。而家人流口水嘅玉子壽司,甜淡得嚟又唔會好膩,正到喊出嚟。當中牛油果軟殼蟹卷同炸蝦天婦羅手卷,我都一試難忘,呢兩款卷物嘅脆卜卜外皮同鮮味十足嘅內餡,真係天作之合。😘食物之美,唔單止喺味道,佢喺於呢份從選料到製作嘅細心同堅持。整個體驗,就好似係喺香港都可以感受到日本料理嘅真髓咁,令人心情大好。要係講味道,真係讚到爆炸,口感豐富到一個點,不得不讚嘅手藝,我知道我一定會再黎!🍣🤤👍🏼 continue reading

亀井鮨聽講呢一間係日本過江龍壽司店,係日本有超過百年的歷史。最近亀井鮨推出左創新聯合菜單,專為生酮飲食而設,雖然我唔係生酮飲食人士,但係壽司同魚生都係我最愛。我點了幾份生酮壽司試試生酮三文魚寿司生間間八寿司生酮 炙燒帆立貝壽司生酮 蟹籽軍艦其實生酮壽司同平時我會點既壽司冇太大分別,味道都一樣,不過呢個menu 可以比生酮人士多個選擇,知道自己有咩係可以食☺️❤️除了生酮壽司🍱再點了其他壽司及食物。極上壽司盛($350)大拖、油甘魚、深海深魚、鯛魚、左口魚邊、牡丹蝦、帆立貝、三文魚籽、日本海膽、穴子、玉子、鮪魚蓉卷大拖羅果然係最好味,魚油香濃,食落入口即化。油甘魚,三文魚籽三口感爽滑,鹹鮮味十足,日本海膽甘甜厚滑👍🏻👍🏻免治雞肉棒串燒配月見 (2串)大阪燒餅牛油果軟殼蟹卷炸雞塊其他食物都好好食,而免治雞肉棒串燒配月見雞肉軟,肉味香👍🏻 continue reading
