‣ 香蔥鮪魚腩蓉丼 $198
食落去嘅時候覺得鮪魚腩蓉丼比起想像中出色,佢喺香蔥混合飯素,令魚香味道更加突出。而我覺得魚蓉食落去個口感相當之綿密,同時魚本身都好新鮮,所以每啖你食落去都會覺得好幸福。

‣ 雜錦天婦羅 $128
本身對天婦羅冇太大嘅期望,但我覺得係有驚喜。天婦羅外表睇落金黃酥脆,唔會覺得個炸衣太厚,食落去好似成口炸粉。最驚喜嘅位係佢真係可以保持到食材本身嘅口感同埋風味,就好似香菇,咬落去嘅時候啲汁係口腔入面爆發出嚟。當然佢嘅炸蝦都處理得唔錯,可以保持到蝦嘅嫩滑彈牙。但我覺得比起炸蝦天婦羅,佢啲蔬菜天婦羅更加值得一試。

My friend and I came for her birthday dinner and the waiter who served us was super rude. He was middle aged, so basically our card did not work at first while paying the bill, it was because of bad network but our card was completely fine. It worked at last but the waiter was so rude and his attitude was so bad. We complained and the manager did nothing, please do not come here unless you want bad service.

Negitoro don 同牛油果軟殼蟹卷做得非常不錯,角切魚生飯亦on par with expectation. 炸蝦天婦羅飯尤其出色,炸蝦做得好鬆、好輕,啲飯嘅汁啱啱好,love that!👍🏻

價錢合理,喺銅鑼灣,有空間感,modern Japanese setting, 刺身飯$185-188, 炸蝦天婦羅丼set $138,牛油果軟殼蟹卷$95,亀井鮨仲要係喺日本嘅百年老店,東京有好幾間分店,歷史悠久,怪唔得咁有水準!
