我覺得可能上兩個月真係有d服務唔好既侍應係呢個場做.但今次真係feel唔到.可能冇做or比公司抄左.呢度雖然冇5星級既食物,但有5星級既服務.我會再返黎食..

同埋走的時候無人講「多謝光臨」,再扣多少少分...

環境真係超級正,十分舒適!

價錢比朗田平,不過覺得唔算太抵食

如果好似我朋友鐘意刺身類的話,金田是唔錯的選擇,
但如果追求熟食同甜品的話,呢間老實講就麻麻地,

見到門口有甜品下午茶放題,甚有興趣,下次要去試下!

I have been wanting to go to Ant One’s for the dessert buffet, but it is only available in the evenings, however when I walked past Kaneda, I saw the dessert buffet for only $98 per person including bottomless drinks.There are a total of 22 desserts to choose from which is about the same as Ant One, however Ant One offers Chinese desserts as well. The desserts were served in tiny cups and dishes, there was a fresh plastic spoon every time, which not that environmentally friendly.

There were metal cutleries too, but the spoon couldn’t fit in the tiny dessert cups.

Improvements:
It would be good if there was a side plate to rest my used cutlery rather than directly on the table.

The best part was the sawdust pudding dessert (right), which had a strong creamy and milky flavour, with crumbs at the top. On the opposite end of the spectrum was the creme brulee - the worst I've ever had >.< It was not only bitter and cold, but lacked the crackly caramelized top coat as well. I wasn't expecting anything fancy as I'm sure desserts aren't the restaurant's speciality, but seriously this was so bad... major disappointment.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I read its name on the menu at first... the small circles that you see are balls of fried cheese, and the corresponding Chinese name is "a bite of cheese" ~ how fitting. The cheese wasn't very cheesy... as in it didn't have a strong flavour, but it was alright... the 年糕 had a vague cheese flavour as well. As a cheese lover, these two items get only a mediocre rating from me.

Overall... the quality of the food here varied drastically. It's one of those places that I'll say I've been there done that, but probably won't be going back... at least anytime soon!

質素以這價錢來說可接受

但回題在於那碗麵
其實是中式叉燒上海麵配咖哩湯

跟我在上海菜館吃的上海麵沒兩樣~
完全沒有鳥冬應有的咬口和彈性
叉燒明顯是中式叉燒
而且份量只是一小碗

如果真的用日式叉燒和烏冬
或者用一般茶餐廳份量還可以接受~
但可以這樣收我$38加一完全不能接受~

叫了熱奶茶竟然是熱的台式泡沫奶茶
味道雖然不錯~
但畢竟我是身處在日式餐廳~
本應是叫了日或料理~
這樣的配搭實在太奇怪~

一月十四日 (星期五)我們這個部門在短短一年間已經有多達十多位同事辭職了對他們是好事,但是對於我們留下來的人說就是慘吧今晚farewell陳經理他說想吃日式buffet六月就為他選擇了這間我也未吃過呢食評似乎不錯本來是包房的,可是當晚有幾位同事不能出席最後都有17個人去吃刺身味道尚可,新鮮程度一般,不太肥美印象比較深的是牛舌,硬度剛好,燒得香,味粉夠咸其他各種食物質素合格大伙兒吃吹吹水,這裡實是一個好地方唯一不足的是甜品只是規定的三款如果有雪糕多好呢....謹祝陳經理前桯似錦!

因為有訂位~所以去到的時候不用等價錢是8點半前178~之後就208~要加1服務費~首先要說的是~這間的燒羊鞍絕對是我寫下第二篇食評的原動力燒得很香口~吃得出有蜜味~咬下去還是脆的! 而且細心地有附上mustard 串燒方面都是不錯的吃得出有用心去處理食材尤其是牛舌~雖然油了一點但是爽口度剛剛好刺身方面~好似沒有吞拿?@@不過手捲就有吞拿腩可以選擇~紫菜是脆的~好味~飯是有點暖的~有點像巨大版的松x手捲不過當然是好吃的始終當一間放題餐廳在不太忙的時候做的食物是會比較有水準的螺片的確很鮮甜~可惜劍魚腩不夠肥美還有可愛的茶碗蒸@@鐵板燒系列的薄燒牛肉是必吃但是叫了頭一次之後其餘兩次都漏了單遺憾是日甜品有三種選擇---焦糖燉蛋芒果布丁朱古力慕絲---點了頭兩個~布丁有點怪味?是不是放太久了?燉蛋還可以~但是已經吃不下朱古力慕絲了XD食物種類選擇算多~服務態度是要給5星的啦~親切友善有問必答的哥哥很不錯~不停幫顧客加茶的美男也是令人心花怒放XD沒有任飲但是看到有各款收費飲料下次有機會去也是要試試看XD這個也很好吃~有蘆筍~waiter哥哥還會提醒我們last order後可以慢慢吃到8:30而且

因為有訂位~所以去到的時候不用等

價錢是8點半前178~之後就208~要加1服務費~

首先要說的是~這間的燒羊鞍絕對是我寫下第二篇食評的原動力

燒得很香口~吃得出有蜜味~咬下去還是脆的! 而且細心地有附上mustard

串燒方面都是不錯的
吃得出有用心去處理食材
尤其是牛舌~雖然油了一點但是爽口度剛剛好

不過手捲就有吞拿腩可以選擇~
紫菜是脆的~好味~飯是有點暖的~
有點像巨大版的松x手捲
不過當然是好吃的
始終當一間放題餐廳在不太忙的時候做的食物是會比較有水準的
螺片的確很鮮甜~可惜劍魚腩不夠肥美

這個也很好吃~有蘆筍~

waiter哥哥還會提醒我們last order後可以慢慢吃到8:30而且沒有趕人~

可能最後趕忙了一點~個女waitress飛盤螺片落我檯面聲音頗大~感覺不大好XD
但是我都明白的~後生女係咁架啦XD 唔好意思吃到夠鐘都未埋單XD

這個價錢來說~要在香港放題吃到所謂新鮮+高級的刺身是沒有的!
這間已經算是頗新鮮~可能有些人沒有去過其他的放題吧...?
要吃新鮮高檔拜託去居酒屋或者去TST~~不然就去日本吃新鮮的XD
以港島放題來說這間水準已經不錯~
去到銅鑼灣198也是吃這些~而且選擇比這裡更小~
以吃來說,我想我遊歷不同國家這麼多年~吃多各種山珍海味~
經驗絕對比之前那篇以偏蓋全食評的小姐多XD!
只是我寫食評經驗尚淺!XD

中肯來說,以這價錢,算是物超所値~

沙律/冷盤
 
蕃茄沙律:平凡的蕃茄與蔬菜,加入沙律醋、菜油及少量蒜蓉,層次頓時提升,味道好亦夠健康,多吃無妨。

 
和風青瓜沙律:小青瓜切成粒狀,入口爽甜無渣,簡單配上醬油,味道已經很好了。

 
豆腐沙律:豆腐面灑上蝦乾及野菜,賣相不錯,味道不及前兩者好,但也不差。
 
日式冷麵:蕎麥麵配上醬油及紫菜絲及蔥粒,麵條軟硬適中,簡單得來頗有日本風味。

 
多春魚南蠻漬:南蠻漬即是將小魚包以粉漿炸熟,然後浸於醋汁醃漬放涼。小弟對炸物及漬物興趣均不大,加上放涼作冷盤,感覺始終怪怪。從朋友勉強吃下可知味道不是人人能接受。

三文魚:色澤雖為橙紅但暗啞欠光澤,脂肪不多也不均勻,味道不差但算不上是好貨色。
 
劍魚腩:顏色比坊間白晢,肉質稍削,缺少那份應有的肥美口感。

 
八爪魚:雖切成薄片,但質感仍屬較硬,吃不出魚鮮,水準只屬一般。

 
鱆紅魚:相對之前幾款刺身,鱆紅魚算有鮮味,口感沒油甘魚般豐盈,但整體也不錯。

 
鯨龍魚:鯨龍魚肉質較為爽脆,魚味較淡,用於刺身倒有點格格不入吧。

 
北寄貝:味道鮮甜,質素尚可。

 
甜蝦:與坊間質素相若,不突出也不算差。
 
赤貝:赤貝顏色橙黃,與一眾刺身犯下同一通病,就是不夠新鮮吧。

天婦羅/炸物
 
炸蝦天婦羅:天婦羅炸得鬆化,粉漿不會太多,而內裡的蝦肉也爽嫩可口,不錯。

 
茄子天婦羅:茄子天婦羅粉漿更薄,茄子綿軟清甜,味道很好。

 
南瓜天婦羅:南瓜切得較薄身,口感不及茄子佳,有幸南瓜還算甜,味道也算不差。
 
一口芝士球:外型圓潤,賣相討好;一口咬開內裡呈半固狀芝士慢慢滲出,味道香濃,雖熱也不會太燙口,很好。

 
芝士年糕:年糕外層烤成金黃色,內裡芝士與芝士球一樣香濃,入口煙韌卻不黏口,而且不會太甜,令人回味無窮。

鐵板燒
 
蒜片牛柳粒:牛柳粒肉厚,肉汁豐盈,牛味頗重且嫩滑,雖鐵板燒風味欠奉,但味道確不錯。

 
薄燒牛肉:比牛柳粒脂肪較多,但口感及味道類以中式炒牛肉段,可以省卻了。
 
胡麻牛舌:牛舌有近一厘米厚,份量十足;燒烤後以特式胡麻醬汁處理,麻而不辣,風味不錯,值得一試。

 
汁燒魷魚鬚:魷魚鬚切成小段,有嚼口卻不硬;汁料類似沙爹醬,惹味香濃,味道很好。

 
炒雜菜:大致為椰菜切絲及芽菜,雖較平凡,但吃起來比起中式炒菜更具鑊氣,味道不錯。

 
雜綿炒麵:粗身油麵配以日式醬油,味道好但較油膩;而所謂「雜錦」也不外乎為椰菜及青紅椒絲,有點欺場吧。

芝士焗蠔:焗不算大隻,濃味芝士略蓋了蠔的鮮味,味道還可。
 
燒秋刀魚:秋刀魚肉質較粗糙而鬆散,口感一段,但外層燒得香脆,以檸檬汁蘸吃也不錯。
 
燒鯖魚:燒鯖魚比秋刀魚質素稍佳,但水準仍不算入流吧。

 
串燒虎蝦:虎蝦爽口但鮮味欠奉,而且竟比一般中蝦細小,燒烤後更為「縮水」,改名「串燒蝦仁」較為貼切。

 
燒羊鞍:羊鞍肉厚,而且燒得火候剛好,汁多肉嫩,略具羊羶味卻不算濃烈,水準之作,令我們一再加單哩。

 
燒牛舌:燒牛舌略比胡麻牛舌薄身,但仍算厚切;牛舌燒成微焦,惹味可口,不能不試。

 
芝麻雞翼:燒雞翼配蜜糖,甚樣也差不了,灑上芝麻只是錦上添花,但與出眾的羊鞍及牛舌相比,便顯得較為普通。
 
炭燒雞串:雞肉配以照燒醬汁燒,和風味濃,味道也好。

鴨胸鵝肝卷:煙鴨胸與鵝肝,配搭新穎,但味道不見突出;似乎還是烤鵝肝配脆包較為可取。

 
大根煮翡翠螺:翡翠螺連殼以蘿蔔湯汁煮,螺肉較硬身,所以不算太入味,但也不算差吧。
 
牛油焗野菌:雜菌以牛油焗,牛油香味完全滲入雜菌內,而且不會太油膩,百吃不厭。

 
七味炒牛蒡絲:牛蒡絲、甘筍絲再加上肉碎,外觀與中式的炸菜肉絲頗相近。牛蒡絲爽口清甜,但吃不出「七味」,味道較為單調。

 
日式蒸蛋:日式蒸蛋以傳統的小杯上檯,賣相不差。蒸蛋清淡卻不味淡,但也不算很突出。
 
粟米粒粒燒:只像把預製粟米粒加熱,怎吃也吃不出與「燒」有關。

 
關東煮:竹輪、蒟蒻、蘿蔔浸在魚湯內,和風味雖濃,但在眾多美食下便顯得普通了。

心太軟甜品本來需要另外收費,但店員卻請我們吃,真幸運。
首先是心太軟配上香草雪糕;心太軟不算很「流心」,但朱古力算是香濃,而配角的雪糕也軟滑香甜,質素頗佳。

 
提拉米蘇:Tiramisu 以小杯盛著,再插上朱古力片,賣相突出。Tiramisu 質地鬆軟,可可味濃郁但酒味不算重,而且也不會太甜,亦是水準之作。

放題而言,金田不算非常出眾,但以百多元價錢而言,這裡算是交足功課。食物除了刺身類別屬一般外,其他也很出色,尤其是燒物熟食等。另外,這裡的甜品也令人喜出望外,加上份量十足而且環境好,算是中價任題放題之選,有機會也會再來吧。

因為好多放題餐廳都係初初幾好, 之後越食越差!
呢間金田食過四次都保持到水準~
刺身都幾新鮮, 總類夠多~!
所有放題都有同一個問題, 就係漏單~!!
呢間都會有漏單既情況, 不過由於大家都眼闊肚窄,
漏咗單反而有幫助~不至於浪費食物~!!

今次去食最大既驚喜係甜品~!!
之前幾次都係埋單時每人送一小件精緻的甜品,
這次卻新增了三款甜品任食:
木糠布甸
焦糖燉蛋
朱古力心太軟
每款都細細碟, 份量岩岩約兩三啖食哂~!
味道真的很好, 不太甜~!
我們幾乎每人每款都吃了三個或以上~!!

選了任食兩小時$168, 但我們last order後還多坐一個半小時,
服務不錯, 侍應不厭其煩地不停為我們斟茶~!
完全不會趕客~(可能冇人等位關係)~!!

座位OK舒服,但太近隔離檯,咁橋又坐正響全餐廳最嘈個張檯隔離, 四位著得光鮮, 但講野好大聲同粗魯既女士.
好彩一開始時我地揀食兩個鐘而唔係冇時間限既$198,如果唔係蝕多$30加一,
不過食d咁既野真係$68都嫌多,而家要比$168再加一真係超唔抵,呢個價錢有好多地方做到又好食好多, 今次當買個教訓, 同知道原來咁都可以開食肆. 日本食物新鮮好緊要, 材料新鮮都好難攪到唔好食,點解連咁基本既野都做唔到?
