上星期放假,去東涌行完outlet,竟然發現到之前朋友介紹呢間食天婦羅嘅餐廳,即刻衝左入去。黑豆茶人人有份,可以解油膩。我地叫左兩個餐:車海老軟殼蟹天丼 & 上天丼。車海老軟殼蟹天丼顧名思義除咗有蝦同軟殼蟹之外,仲有魷魚天婦羅餅、荷蘭豆、紫菜同溫泉蛋。車海老爽口彈牙鮮味十足,最大驚喜係魷魚天婦羅餅,酥脆同彈牙口感同時擁有,十分滋味。根據進食教學,食到一半先再溫泉蛋篤穿,蛋汁同白飯撈埋一齊嘅味道真係非常好味。上天丼有白身魚、海老、魷魚天婦羅餅、荷蘭豆、紫菜同溫泉蛋。朋友平時唔鍾意食魚,都覺得呢個好好味,好香好嫩。套餐包埋麵豉湯及前菜,前菜能解油膩嘅漬物。總括嚟講,食物新鮮,質素唔錯,有機會一定會再幫襯。

金子半之助次次行過都好想食,今晚終於有時間食到,叫了「江戶前天丼」!佢係招牌穴子天婦羅長達 30cm,超厚肉身,肥美軟滑,超吸引 長長的穴子天婦羅,不會太油膩。佢仲有海老,小柱天婦羅餅等等,好豐富!有日金子半之助採用日本特製高級胡麻油,胡麻油製成的天婦羅芳香撲鼻及色澤會較深。另叫了迷你天丼配溫的稻庭烏冬!呢個是包南瓜,海老,溫泉蛋等配上醬汁的珍珠米,天婦羅都是炸的好脆,好食!稻庭烏冬是溫溫的,會配上一個5色盒子,入面有溫泉蛋,蔥,海藻等,可任意加入湯底,有得現又口感豐富!黑豆茶好油膩感,香氣十足,可以無限添加,食完飯再慢慢嘆口好茶。
