午間搵食貼士:近大時大節一定要訂枱今日同事話慶祝暹完假,話要食餐好嘅,但又唔想咁滯,所以諗到食蟹。我地叫咗蟹肉火鍋餐,必定要2人起的。前菜係蟹肉海膽湯同燒蟹腳,個湯雖然細杯,但有好大嚿海膽,隻蟹腳一啲都唔細,係有2隻筷子粗的,所以好多肉,仲有火候剛好,唔會乾到食唔到。到個火鍋,先食蟹同菜,職員特別提一個鍋煮菜,一個鍋煮蟹,因為最後用煮蟹的鍋煮蟹粥。個火鍋係自己煮的,但最員會細心留意,幫手加水,唔使提佢地。蟹肉每人3至4件,加上一大盤菜,份量十足。最後職員用蟹蓋煮蟹粥,仲會問粥想要稀定稠,好細心呀!個粥係神緒所在,食咗就大滿足啦!最後仲有雪糕,咖啡雪糕中有咖啡啫喱粒,真係非筆墨所能形容。

今晚慶生飯聚再次選擇嚟到喱間專門食日本蟹嘅餐廳蟹膳🦀香港首間日本活蟹專門店,擁有自家嘅養蟹池,以多款北海道新鮮活蟹炮製不同菜式,將日本全蟹宴帶入我嘅味蕾喱到佔地兩層,地下係散座,1樓則有3間 private rooms ~ 6人、8人、10人,最低消費分別係$6600、$8800、$11000;訂枱時我要求坐10人房,因上次8人房係 counter seats 傾計較為不便係幾款套餐中,我哋一致order “Aki” set,因為蟹種最多首先上枱嘅係茶碗蒸~海膽creamy、蛋滑溜,但唔係好夠熱,可惜北海道馬糞海膽夠creamy,蟹刺身入口鮮甜,必食之選蟹肉鮮甜、蟹羔蛋白滑溜,但要拆蟹殼較為麻煩啖啖蟹肉有焦香,鮮甜味十足天婦羅流心蛋,不油不膩,一咬蛋汁滿瀉炸蟹肉沾上綠茶鹽,鹹鹹脆脆,不離鮮甜味每一口都係蟹肉,以金箔點綴,啖啖滋味,必食之選或者未當做,蟹羔唔多;又或者日本大閘蟹係咁樣樣囉!唔識欣嚐凍蟹唔係「我杯茶」,鮮甜無比但冇驚喜蟹肉多過飯,充滿黑松露香,好飽但要食喱餐連加一,8人盛惠$20000$2500一位,係貴嘅,但都係嗰句:「人生點都要豪一次。」
