在長沙灣要開一間徹頭徹尾只賣自己的手打烏龍麵, 說實在的" 心感佩服"。因為附近多年青打工一族會有市場?起初我有點疑問? 始終價位不可能太低, 不過初頭每日午市都有十個八個人輪候入內。 一直持續差不多一年。再而原來最近還要埋旁邊另一鋪位。證明係好似Work 嘅。終於年幾後嘅今日同太座試食咗。麵質都可以啦~但汁醬就一般。鰹魚湯咖哩烏冬$54咖哩汁係隨時都搞到嘅日式咖哩磚風味。係穩陣嗰隻, 但佢餐牌係寫用日本咖哩粉做的。無論粉或者磚味道只是好一般。另一款係鰹魚湯白味噌鍋燒烏冬$80, 睇晒鍋面所有材料最值錢可能係幾片簿切牛肉而已。咁應該成本一半去咗手打烏冬度啩。再散叫咗一個雜錦天婦羅。同樣唔太突出!炸魚同蝦都是細碼。自己就好難話這裡的烏冬麵好吸引。只能說見誠意但可能還須努力鑽研一下。

唯一一點我覺得扣分嘅就係,店舖提供嘅係熱水,唔知係咪迎合香港人,鍾意飲熱水或者暖水。如果大家去過日本,日式餐廳都只會提供冰水,因為以前來講冰係好珍貴嘅,所以招呼客人一定係比冰水~哈哈 (我個人比較麻煩😛)

不過整體來講都係唔錯,鍾意食烏冬嘅你,要去試下

一直對手造烏冬有一種情意結,喜愛她的煙韌,加上我喜愛湯類食品,所以知道以鰹魚作為湯底的「鰹烏冬」,都希望可以一嚐滋味😋等了多時,終於能夠品嘗,第一次見面當然想試外面少見而又招牌的菜式,所以點了「小鍋鰹魚湯白味噌烏冬」,果然烏冬如我所料,煙韌,有咬口;而且湯底味道豐富😋而最令我驚喜是天婦羅系列,特別是雞塊,比起外面別吃到的,保留肉質濕潤和鮮味,可以稱得上數一數二😋😋😋😋😋,估不到天婦羅雞塊比烏冬更好吃

今日放工約了男朋友食晚餐,最後選了這間之前食過的良心烏冬,今晚好彩唔使等位,好快就入到去我們今日點了洋蔥牛肉掛鍋烏冬及鰹魚湯白味噌鍋仔燒烏冬,另外加了小食:天婦羅雞件。(鰹魚湯白味噌鍋仔燒烏冬加洋蔥牛肉)好大鍋,鍋好足料,有牛肉、日本雞蛋、昆布、冬菇、莖蔥、獅子狗等等,鰹魚湯白味噌味道好香又唔會太濃味,烏冬煙韌又唔會太硬,幾好食(洋蔥牛肉配掛鍋烏冬)又是一大鍋,烏冬放在一個大木盆熱水中,另外配有香濃醬汁,客人可自行加蔥及芝麻,喜歡濃味者必試,烏冬過一過醬汁如沾麵一樣(天婦羅雞件)先擠了檸檬汁,雞件熱辣辣即叫即做,粉皮唔會厚,雞入味,但我覺得咸了點,太濃味了。
