霸王雞,即相似用豉油拌吃白切雞的食法。「過期雞檔」外賣雞件擺盆與堂吃相同,以大量芽菜墊底,吸收材料香味。雞件上方是蔥絲、炸蒜、及椒絲,豉油另以小包盛載,用心為客,以免運送途中倒翻。吃前雞件先浸在豉油中,再將汁液點綴菜飯內,肉絲帶著香油青蔥味道,再挾一注滲有雞香的芽菜伴吃,非常誘人。

我最中意食嘅喺個菜飯,冇辦法喇而家週圍附近都冇菜飯食。就算有嘅話,當夾啲飯上嚟嘅時候,菜同飯係分離。

某日仲有晚市堂食嘅時候去左元朗食過橋麵檔,好耐無食過,原來宜家d湯唔跟餐,要散叫,佢地嘅湯真係老火湯,足料無味精!不過今次因為有其他餸想食,所以最後我地都係無叫到湯飲;叫左一碟車仔餸,豬紅、豬耳都幾好,係牛柏葉就麻麻地,無咩味黑椒牛柳炒烏冬大大碟,黑椒多,都有少少辣,都係以前食開嘅味😋咸雞菜飯,叫左半隻雞;好好彩,我地叫完之後就無啦賣哂咸雞喇,係最後一份,正因為咁所以我地覺得佢比多左我地,份量大過半隻雞😋😋

係車房林立既街道,點會估到遇到熟悉既店鋪名出現係眼前,佢就係過橋麵檔(我先前食過另一間分店)。今次食Tea Time,價錢比午市平10幾蚊左右。香辣豬頸肉炒出前一丁 $42賣相同招牌差唔多,豬頸肉有些厚度, 幾有咬口。麵底用辣椒咁炒非常惹味。唔記得講--店員上菜時另外奉上辣椒醬,但我覺得夠味,所以無落了。

豬頸肉有些厚度, 幾有咬口。
麵底用辣椒咁炒非常惹味。

食過幾次呢度啲雞,次次都覺得好食,男朋友話未食過,就帶佢嚟食下喇Oreo碎紅豆冰呢杯野真係有啲失望,其實就好似飲緊忌廉咁,每一啖都係好濃嘅cream味,飲多幾啖就覺得太甜了,睇相都見到忌廉佔咗個杯嘅大部份,紅豆份量真係好少,如果多啲紅豆就好了🙈全部Oreo 碎就喺相入面啲忌廉嘅上邊,當撈勻晒飲嘅話其實都唔係好覺叫咗個蠔油油麥菜,菜嘅份量都算多,新鮮,蠔油就會喺晒其中一邊,要蠔油味的就自己點嚟食,想食就咁白灼的就唔好點蠔油嗰邊,可以食到原本的菜味呢個魷魚鬚我幾鍾意,佢唔會話炸到好乾,食嘅時候你都會感受到魷魚個仲濕濕地,唔會話太硬,佢係軟軟的質感,所以都容易咬,唔厚粉,亦唔油,正呢隻雞煮耐左少少了,冇咗我以前食好滑好滑的質感,佢真係overcook了,因為一食落去啲肉係鞋的,而隻味呢,係好食的,佢有好多葱同埋炸蒜頭,仲有少少辣椒,男朋友話啲豉油似蒸魚豉油咁,呢種味嘅豉油煮好難唔好食的。不過我就覺得食耐左有少少咸,希望下次嚟可以食返好滑好滑的雞啦

叫咗個蠔油油麥菜,菜嘅份量都算多,新鮮,蠔油就會喺晒其中一邊,要蠔油味的就自己點嚟食,想食就咁白灼的就唔好點蠔油嗰邊,可以食到原本的菜味

呢隻雞煮耐左少少了,冇咗我以前食好滑好滑的質感,佢真係overcook了,因為一食落去啲肉係鞋的,而隻味呢,係好食的,佢有好多葱同埋炸蒜頭,仲有少少辣椒,男朋友話啲豉油似蒸魚豉油咁,呢種味嘅豉油煮好難唔好食的。不過我就覺得食耐左有少少咸,希望下次嚟可以食返好滑好滑的雞啦

而我最錯誤的選擇是,竟然選擇了跟餐米線!
由於米線浸泡在湯水中,所以是非常熱騰騰的,嚴重加劇我的味蕾觸感,讓我的舌尖承受更強烈的刺激,就好像你喝熱水解辣一樣,不單止舒緩不到你的辣感,更讓你辣上加辣,那種感覺真的讓你「畢生忘懷」!

總結來說,霸王雞和巴辣雞都非常豐腴肥美,肉汁四溢,而且更份量十足,足足有半隻雞的份量,如果大家有機會來元朗的話,這間餐廳真的非常值得大家一試的!
