很喜歡吃「奇華」的餅食，由家鄉雞蛋卷、雜錦馬仔，以至嫁喜禮餅等，全都愛吃，所以早前也特意買了罐裝的 Q 版鳳梨金酥給食友品嚐，當然也不要錯過細閱罐上的金句：「身在福中我知足」、「喜樂是我的財富」、「放開自悠」、「努力必成大器」，蠻有意思的。前幾天和食友  SSG  出席活動時，甜姐兒就送了「奇華」的烏龍茶薄片給我，哈哈，為食貓宵夜又有著落了。 其實這款餅食屬「奇華」的茗茶薄片系列，據知共有四種口味，每包  8  片，除烏龍茶外，還有紅茶、綠茶及香片茶。拆開包裝袋，拿起一塊細看，薄薄的餅乾上全佈滿茶葉黑點，放近鼻子時更傳來陣陣清新的茶香。味道方面，入口輕身鬆脆，而且餅乾內更夾雜著不少茶葉碎抹，吃起來散發出濃郁的烏龍茶香，活像喝了杯濃茶般，怡人順喉，口感特別。

Whenever I saw a product of sesame, I will definitely buy it because I am a big fans of Sesame. Was attracted by their banner featuring chocolate cakes and coffee cakes.It costs $10 for two so I bought both flavours and a pack of seaweed cookies.The cookies reminded me of Cadbury's chocolate buttons.After trying the cakes, I only liked the coffee.The chocolate one did not taste of chocolate and it was too sweet.The seaweed cookies were very buttery with a faint taste of seaweed, however it was sweet, so it tasted weird because it was a combination of sweet seaweed and butter.It is hard for

一年一次食月餅季節，一盒月餅消耗得越來越慢，每年這個時候總有報紙刋登什麼營養師計算卡路里，一件正常份量月餅相等於4碗飯，弄得女士們都不敢多食，我趁這時候吃多一件，你不吃我吃，食完飲杯茶不就可以消滯了嗎奇華月餅盒玩懷舊，的確吸引了我為盒包裝而買，今年是買兩盒送禮品一套其中一款懷舊紙盒包裝令我受不擇手，要留為紀念豆沙月餅:月餅皮薄，可惜沒有豆沙香味，有蛋黃之故所以豆沙容質感油滑金華火腿月餅: 不會太咸味的金華火腿，有少少火腿香黃蓮月餅:顏色較深啡紅，味道較白蓮容甜些少白蓮月餅:顏色黃白，蓮容軟滑，放冰箱後吃另有一番風味，似食蓮容硬雪糕雙黃蛋黃蓮容月餅每盒 $228

紅稜蓮容酥 $13個人很喜歡吃蓮容餡料的甜點雖然不是第一次吃這款蓮容紅稜酥，因為以前還未寫食評她的紅稜酥皮鬆化大咬皮即鬆化脫落而且紅紅顏色的皮是層層疊疊的，十分薄今時今日的酥皮製造方式仍以豬油來搓揉若不以豬油來搓揉，外層酥皮不能那麼鬆軟不過看不出油膩感可能烤焗時已蒸發走了油至於蓮容5餡餡料其實不算得十分靚蓮容不太甜，又沒有豬油成份在內所以盡情地吃掉一件紅稜餅作為下午茶的甜品，我只相信“獨食難肥”蓮容不太甜，又少油，吃一個應該問題不太大吧但之後會感到飽滯，可以沖一杯普洱茶有助消滯

預計今晚遲遲也未能走...於是為明天先買點早餐!黑糖蛋白蛋糕, $5.5, 黑糖味幾濃, 蛋糕質感好細綿, 又唔甜, 正!綠茶蛋糕, $4.5, 以前食過好幾次, 啲質感應該同上面的蛋白蛋糕近似, 好可惜, 今次食到一個粗糙的, 唉...是放存得太久, 還是已失去本質?

每件五元..貴左d但係獨立包裝夠衛生..每次去親都會首選買朱古力卷蛋. 仲要晨早10時許開門即買先買到.佢地每天每個口味cake只出三件。d cake 口感比其他連銷式餅店好食..次選是光酥餅. 唔痴牙, 正.
