因為之前表弟黎香港要去何文田個邊考試。考完就帶佢去附近食野。佢話想試下香港傳統既冰室,我就揀左呢間。一入去已經覺得好古舊,好有香港7-80年代既感覺,地方唔大,而且都要等一陣先入到去食。我地叫左招牌蕃茄牛肉意粉同湯意粉。再加左奶油豬同咖央多士。落單個陣要大嗌要食d咩,老闆就會記得,唔洗落單,所以怕羞d都唔得。味道方面,意粉就似屋企食到既味道,好熟悉既感覺。而奶油豬就推薦既,好脆好好味,有茶餐廳既水準。想食傳統既冰室味道,就可以試下呢間。

味道方面,意粉就似屋企食到既味道,好熟悉既感覺。而奶油豬就推薦既,好脆好好味,有茶餐廳既水準。想食傳統既冰室味道,就可以試下呢間。

呢間暫時係我食過唯一一間有燴通粉食而又好食嘅地方。之前響澳門食過一間超級難食啲茄汁唔知點樣一啲茄汁味都冇 ,又唔夠rich食完不知幾後悔! 今晚因為時間尚早先至可以食到咋,因為呢間鋪頭七點半收工㗎 !鋪頭由兩夫婦經營,見到好多都係街坊嚟幫襯,全部都熟晒㗎啦 !之前間唔中過嚟呢邊上堂有機會食到,而家真係好難先有機會食 !其實燴意粉坊間比較多,燴通粉真係唔係度度有得食,仲要好食果下先抵死吖嘛 佢絕配嘅小紅腸係我哋每次去都要必食嘅,因為又係唔係度度地方有得食到 ,連我平時唔係好食腸我都覺得好味道兩個人每人要一碟又好似太多,所以就叫咗一碟雞絲腸仔蛋燴通粉再加件多士 ,晚餐輕盈小小啦!佢啲茄汁全部掛晒上啲通粉度,味道啱啱好 ,再加兩條小紅腸同埋好靚嘅太陽雙旦。最遺憾就係佢杯奶茶始終唔夠大排檔嗰啲咁有茶味咁香濃!晚餐兩個人80幾蚊仲想點先😋😋😋

而家新開嘅餐廳好多時都會做懷舊做主題,做返舊式嘅裝修話擺設泥模仿以前冰室嘅風味。但泥到奇香冰室,就唔使扮了。因為明哥(冰室老闆)屹立喺勝利道已經好多年,懷舊就梗㗎啦!奇香冰室唔大,可能總共都得10張枱左右,明哥有佢自己一套運作,落單從來都係就咁嗌出嚟,即叫即整。佢又會記得晒邊枱人嗌乜嘢,加蛋定加腸仔啊⋯埋單都係好心水清~入到去,其實餐牌上面選擇都唔多。泥泥去去都係果幾樣。我入到去一係就鮮茄牛肉燴意粉或者清清地嘅就係三絲湯通粉其實好食嘅地方,選擇真係唔需要多!佢個燴意粉係食過最好味嘅,真係冇乜地方做到佢“燴”既個種狀態,諗起口水都流佢個種鮮茄亦唔會太漏,正啦總之!支持老店❣️

難得今日返九五時間,中午時段到了勝利道品嚐及懷緬一下昔日的茄醬牛肉意粉,未到如以往一樣,當日仲見到有顧客從美國返港第一時間就係去呢度食嘢!真係一大班熟客!當天係平日,個場已經滿咗,又有學生等緊,可能就係因為熟客多,我叫左嘅意粉要等到我朋友差唔多食完,再要我三催四請先至有我嘅意粉上枱,佢將啲意粉首先俾咗啲熟客食先,最後先輪到我! 唉!作為一個打工仔嘅我,食飯時間只有1小時,包括來回我都冇咗好多時間,所以如果真係去呢度食嘢你要有充足嘅時間可以慢慢食先好呀!我就要好急咁樣食完囉!而我朋友係第一次去食嘅,我問佢好唔好食,佢話好好食!因為呢啲就係香港式的意大利粉,就好似你呀媽媽煮嘅意粉一樣,充滿咗感情!佢嘅肉醬意粉底係由茄膏整嘅,所以同我地細細個食嗰啲意粉係一模一樣架!呢個茄醬意粉差唔多每枱都會叫㗎!唔似而家真係可以喺香港食到嘅正宗意大利粉!所以當你再食呢一個意粉嘅時候,你就會有家的感覺同埋好有親切咁!不過,真係有啲肥膩㗎 ,日日食唔係好掂!

星期六若果早起身就會同媽咪嚟撐枱腳食早餐。每次去都係滿座, 有時要等位, 有時要搭枱, 雖然環境擠迫, 但都要嚟食, 因為鐘意懷舊冰室風味。每次嚟都必點三絲通粉餐, 蛋絲火腿絲雞絲湯通粉, 三絲份量夠多, 最鐘意夠晒雞味o既雞絲。跟餐有牛油三文治, 可以唔駛加錢就改奶醬多、油占多, 好難得。呢度由老闆兼任樓面侍應, 落單唔會寫單只靠老闆記憶, 所以難免有錯, 不過美食當前, 唔理得咁多, 懷舊冰室愈來愈少, 大家繼續支持下啦~

許志安有首歌唱「流淚行勝利道‧‧‧」,我就唔係好明點解行勝利道要流淚啦? 因為短短一條勝利道有好多寵物店,睇下d貓仔狗仔都幾開心ga wor,仲要幾多野食tim,而當中仲有一間老字號冰室-奇香冰室,已經有40幾年歷史ga la!之前同Mr.No都黎過勝利道食野,不過就係食呀坤哥比人X果間海南雞飯,今次出開旺角就黎奇香食返個Tea,順便試下佢地既燴意粉係咪真係咁正先?冰室不大,一個水吧,5張卡位加幾張細枱。只有一位年青人做樓面,可能食物種類唔多,見佢落單都唔洗寫低,直接叫入水吧,水吧裡面果位姐姐就會一路收order一路準備食物/飲品。Mr.No叫既奶油多$9加凍奶茶$14,一睇個奶油多就知有水準,多士兩邊都烘到香脆,搽滿花生醬同練奶,簡單滿足。奶茶就一貫茶記水準~雞絲燴意$33,除左雞絲,亦有鮮蕃茄同青豆做配料,雞絲係雞柳,唔鞋無雪味,意粉唔會好似一般茶記煮得太淋,略為煙韌彈牙,難得!茄汁不多不少剛好包住每條意粉,乾身唔油膩,茄汁甜酸平均,真係好好食~讚!另叫了一杯熱朱古力$13,朱古力唔係甜死人果種,有少少黑朱古力既苦味,喜歡!簡單食物用心煮亦能令人留下心刻印象,除左食,亦係好多舊街坊

雞絲燴意$33,除左雞絲,亦有鮮蕃茄同青豆做配料,雞絲係雞柳,唔鞋無雪味,意粉唔會好似一般茶記煮得太淋,略為煙韌彈牙,難得!茄汁不多不少剛好包住每條意粉,乾身唔油膩,茄汁甜酸平均,真係好好食~讚!

簡單食物用心煮亦能令人留下心刻印象,除左食,亦係好多舊街坊,老熟客的聚腳點,能令老冰室迄立不倒40幾年大概就係呢d原因,本土味道,小店人情味,在寸金呎土的香港買少見少,要好好珍惜!

好實在又滿足既一餐 (唔好expect有花巧野) 細細個嗰時每逢病咗去到茶餐廳都要叫既火腿通粉 ... 雖然奇香唔會再張火腿切絲 但係味道依舊 人情味亦依舊 食物 portion都好夠。午餐肉 (免煎) 加煎雙蛋 米 , 唔知點解覺得佢 d米粉米味特別香。
