22.11.07距初訪見城不足一週, 馬上再訪. 但這次是到赫德道這間.上次見別人的八件自選壽司實又愛又恨, 恨自己已點了魚生丼, 總有種隔離飯香的感覺. 今次毫不考慮便點了自選壽司set. Yummy!有八件自選壽司, 包括: 海胆, 拖羅, 三文魚籽, 池魚, bb吞拿, 油甘魚…加六件鐵火卷. 海胆真係鮮味無比, 清甜, 齒頰留香, wonderful! 拖羅, 又一愛將, 肥美, 好想再來一件! 其餘的當然新鮮, 始終係見城, 怎也不會差到那裡. 再來了一客天婦羅, 炸得剛好, 蝦新鮮, 各種蔬菜, 如茄子, 南瓜鮮甜, 唔錯.希望下個月再來吧!

有八件自選壽司, 包括: 海胆, 拖羅, 三文魚籽, 池魚, bb吞拿, 油甘魚…加六件鐵火卷. 海胆真係鮮味無比, 清甜, 齒頰留香, wonderful! 拖羅, 又一愛將, 肥美, 好想再來一件! 其餘的當然新鮮, 始終係見城, 怎也不會差到那裡.

再來了一客天婦羅, 炸得剛好, 蝦新鮮, 各種蔬菜, 如茄子, 南瓜鮮甜, 唔錯.

希望下個月再來吧!

前男友係做飲食,成日話見城點好點好,去食又怕貴。今日中午突然失眠,一於去食個luuch,二百元有找,睇下係咪咁神其?單拖入去,全場滿坐,但招呼好好,想乜都試下,叫左個一式四小盒的不知名定食。有蒸蛋,刺身,天婦羅,燒魚兩片,玉子一件,日式五花腩,飯,湯,甜品……好精致,好多野食蒸蛋做得最好,香滑有層次。好快食哂刺身ok,無其他網友講到咁新鮮天婦羅唔脆,好一般,又唔夠熱玉子太甜,層次唔夠,口感欠奉,唔似高檔日本料理出品。五花腩ok,濃濃鮮味送飯一流但最搞笑係燒魚,有一片燒到黑黑地,食落去咸到不得了,我以為自已唔識野,可能係日式咸魚我坐shshi bar,好好睇,D師傳好識同客人溝通,又幾靚仔,好有氣氛。有個靚仔師父主動問我野,我就話D魚好咸,佢就話立刻整過比我,我話唔使…之後全個廚房大為緊張。佢即刻話入去試下,一陣出黎話真係咸左D,跟住日本人大廚又入去試,搞完一輪,出黎不停同我講唔好意思…我好佩服佢地好有誠意,好用心,但如果佢地一早試食好哂先出D野食,就唔會氾D咁既錯本人係特別挑剔D,尤其對名店,有批評才有進步繼續努力,我遲早也會再來

但最搞笑係燒魚,有一片燒到黑黑地,食落去咸到不得了,我以為自已唔識野,可能係日式咸魚

我坐shshi bar,好好睇,D師傳好識同客人溝通,又幾靚仔,好有氣氛。

有個靚仔師父主動問我野,我就話D魚好咸,佢就話立刻整過比我,我話唔使…之後全個廚房大為緊張。

佢即刻話入去試下,一陣出黎話真係咸左D,跟住日本人大廚又入去試,搞完一輪,出黎不停同我講唔好意思…

我好佩服佢地好有誠意,好用心,

但如果佢地一早試食好哂先出D野食,就唔會氾D咁既錯

本人係特別挑剔D,尤其對名店,有批評才有進步

繼續努力,我遲早也會再來

琴日我同朋友去左食野,由於我朋友琴日要返工,所以琴日我地預約左九點,去到後都係坐sushi bar,琴日我地多數都係以食sushi 為主,刺身只係食左幾款,不過都食左好多正野,例如:鳥貝、toro 較sushi、中toro 刺身、針魚、baby tuna、海膽sushi、燒帶子、活赤貝sushi、活北寄貝sushi、海鮮茶壼湯...等等,由於我地已經食得好飽,所以並無叫生果(蜜瓜),今次兩個人一共食左$16xx,計落都算抵食!我一去到時,個師傅仔都仲記得我四月生日,佢地真係幾好記性,仲特登為我整左個好特別既小卷添!其實仲試左一樣幾特別既野,就係礦鹽,師傅仔將礦鹽加落其中一款銀色既魚類sushi 個面,入口好香好好味!現附上toto 較sushi 相片一張~原本仲有幾張相片想上傳的只可惜我註冊左幾次openrice 會員都收唔到果封確認密碼的電郵因此暫時只post 住一張先~

星期六, 原本想去湖舟, 但老婆仔想去尖沙咀, 且先前已在網上聽到各網友對見城的嘉許, 倒不如到親身試一試。等了一會, 便可入座了, 裝修頗有日本的風格。我叫了一個壽司set, 可從選單上自選八件壽司, 另加自選卷物; 老婆仔則叫了一客銀鱈魚定食。各人也有茶碗蒸及麵豉湯。壽司飯醋味略嫌不夠, 魚生屬中上的貨色, 但八爪魚太有嚼頭, 吞拿魚也有太多筋,其他(魚立)魚﹑池魚﹑Baby吞拿也較淡口, 鐵火卷只用上一般吞拿; 幸好海膽甜美, 但可惜選單上不包拖羅, 也沒帶子, 所以價錢較湖舟的特上set便宜($160 vs. $250)。而銀鱈魚set的味道不錯, 但份量袖珍, 而魚只有一片, 相對價錢($100)也算貴了。另外, 最後送上甜品, 有芝麻雪糕及綠茶雪糕任選, 我們各選了一款, 味道也不錯。總結來說, 個人覺得食物方面是湖舟佔優, 但這裡的服務水準則較殷勤。

went to this shop last night.. is a small one.. ok la.. with lots of ppl .. have japanese ppl in it also .. most ppl sat around the sushi bar. anyway.. we have 4 ppl, we order assorted sushi . was ok la.. grill cod fish.. nice.. but a bit small, then teriyaki beef.. this taste good and finally assorted temperu. well.. the food for this restaurant is ok la.. not bad.. but I don't know y this restaurant has less comment than the other one.. is this the 分店or it?? or is it a different one?? but o

Heard about the fame of this restaurant for a long time. Just got a chance to try a set lunch last week. Quite surprised to find salmon among the assorted sushi. All fish slices provided in the sushi were not fresh. Worse still, the rice in two of the six sushi cracked into pieces when being picked by chopsticks. But, the service was very good and the food production was sincere.

One of the best Japanese resturant in town. Went there yesteray with my friend. Ordered many sushi and everything is so fresh. But the clam soup is not sin taste and the egg sushi is not sin too just dead solid sweet. Spent $1500 for 2 people. Over all is very good quanlity but not the best deal for the buck. Still worth to try. Anyway, next time I will go back to my favourite Japanese resturant which provide excellent food and slightly better price. I wonder why this thread is saying this restu

今日我朋友話諗住帶我o黎見城度食野...

可能佢地好少會見有人食wasabi都面不改容吧...
有機會我諗我會去搵下邊度有新鮮山葵賣..

先來個刺身拼盤,最簡單的玉子,實際上係最難做得好,見城做到甜味適中.真的不錯,吞拿魚腩,呢隻係中級,入口即溶,不留痕漬.正到無朋友.仲有個Baby tuna,外面燒到微焦,口感特別.甜蝦即係甜蝦,好鮮甜.連一向免得就免的三文魚,一樣覺得新鮮.

Sushi deluxe set,魚生無須多講,個壽司飯,酸甜味適中,又唔握得過實.點都要講下個海膽,非常新鮮.響螺刺身半隻,好爽甜.A La Carte再來兩個牡丹蝦壽司,頂級魚腩壽司,同個海膽壽司.

散叫的海膽壽司,份量足足多一倍!牡丹蝦比甜蝦更鮮甜.剩下的蝦頭,一點也不浪費用來炸.免費奉上.頂級Toro,有光澤,油脂分明,一入口,不得了,魚油滿佈.非常幸福.無入鏡的吞拿魚腩碎手卷,又係唔錯.此種感覺,非能在一眾人龍迴轉貨色能感受到.

隊完魚生壽司之後,來一個松茸壺湯,茶漬飯.同埋冷食稻庭烏冬.他媽的之一夜.罕有食日本菜,吃到捧腹.

頂級日本料理,在無叫燒酌之下,千五銀埋單,絕對物有所值.無論心靈上,味蕾上,同埋個胃.非常滿足.唯一要挑惕
,就係環境幾焗速,加上朋友係煙民,有點斗不過氣來.

今夜過後有點怕,試過最好的,好難返轉頭.

禮拜三老細抽抽起條根, 話想食日本野, 仲話請埋我食, 二話不說, 就打電話去訂位, 點知總壇爆左廠, 就book 左分店. 去到坐低, 就問師傳今日有乜推介, 佢就切左兩片中拖羅, 果然不負眾望, 拖羅非常新鮮, 入口即溶, 滿口充滿甘香油脂, 因為中拖羅無根, 慢慢咀嚼, 鮮味歷久不散. 老細點了她最愛的針魚(用薑豉油點), 魚味濃郁, 魚肉爽口, 配合薑豉油, 真是一絕.之後再食了鮮鮑魚, 油甘魚腩, 吞拿, Baby 吞拿, 海, 三文魚子, 牡丹蝦(蝦身做刺身, 蝦頭用來炸), 左口. 全部都非常新鮮, 渡邊師傳的手藝都相當不俗. 壽師的師父服務態度非常好, 但的女待應就差一點點, 但都ok....
