賀菊日本料理是友人其中一間常常光顧的食肆。這個季節是蟹的當造時期,餐廳推出一系列蟹的特色菜式。我們嘗試了其中兩味 : 蟹肉杧菓沙律及蟹肉壽司。可能因為家母經常煑蟹,即劏即煑即食,保存著蟹的鮮味。同時,本人一向不大愛好凍食蟹。所以, 我覺這兩味的蟹肉鮮味不足,沙律中的蟹肉又拆得太”碎汁汁”,認真麻麻。另外,我們點了幾款串燒佐酒,其中串燒小青椒新鮮又份量足,燒得恰到好處,添上木魚碎及醬汁,味道頗不錯。鹽燒三文魚頭乃我之至愛,此餐廳的魚頭外面香脆,內面的魚肉及軟骨汁多味鮮。 continue reading

之前食過覺得十分細心的餐廳,是日,約了朋友再次造訪。環境一如以往,十分舒適,我們冇訂台,但也許不是周末,不用等位。為免煩惱,我們點了個2人套餐,菜一道道上,蕃茄沙律,取用去了皮的蕃茄,又甜又簡單。其實一個套餐好多道菜,我較為欣賞的是燒魚及冷面。燒魚燒得骨脆皮香肉軟,冷面的汁好美味。 continue reading
