賀菊日本料理是友人其中一間常常光顧的食肆。這個季節是蟹的當造時期,餐廳推出一系列蟹的特色菜式。我們嘗試了其中兩味 : 蟹肉杧菓沙律及蟹肉壽司。可能因為家母經常煑蟹,即劏即煑即食,保存著蟹的鮮味。同時,本人一向不大愛好凍食蟹。所以, 我覺這兩味的蟹肉鮮味不足,沙律中的蟹肉又拆得太”碎汁汁”,認真麻麻。另外,我們點了幾款串燒佐酒,其中串燒小青椒新鮮又份量足,燒得恰到好處,添上木魚碎及醬汁,味道頗不錯。鹽燒三文魚頭乃我之至愛,此餐廳的魚頭外面香脆,內面的魚肉及軟骨汁多味鮮。

之前食過覺得十分細心的餐廳,是日,約了朋友再次造訪。環境一如以往,十分舒適,我們冇訂台,但也許不是周末,不用等位。為免煩惱,我們點了個2人套餐,菜一道道上,蕃茄沙律,取用去了皮的蕃茄,又甜又簡單。其實一個套餐好多道菜,我較為欣賞的是燒魚及冷面。燒魚燒得骨脆皮香肉軟,冷面的汁好美味。

總說,食物質素好,環境舒適,服務好好,但價格昂貴,如果有人請,可以再來食。

熱食我點清清的,近日吃的都太油了。清煮大根燉得很透心,清湯襯托大根的天然甜味,恰好。另加一客茶壷海鮮湯,木魚湯底加入一點海鮮及檸香,也不錯。接著還有一客一人份的和牛稻庭烏冬,和牛片軟嫩但欠一點點雪花,要不應該更香滑呢。

第一次來到這間日本餐廳,裝潢雅致,bar枱座位舒適,服務員亦十分好招呼 ,氣氛亦很好。這次和朋友叫了兩個不同的套餐一起吃,以便能嘗試這間餐廳不同的食物。 沙律:生菜沒有苦澀味,汁料雖然有點芥末,但並不太辣,還很惹味  刺身:鮮甜可口,特別是帶子,差些把朋友的那一塊都想搶來吃  手卷:壽司飯的酸度剛剛好,內裏的餡料新鮮,很不錯  薄燒牛肉:全晚最好吃的一個菜,牛肉片內包著香口的蒜蔥粒,煎得微燶還能保留肉汁,咬下去的時候整隻碟都是肉汁,令人回味  串燒:肉鮮嫩和汁多,烤得香口  燒鯖魚:皮咸脆肉鮮甜  豚肉飯:沒有太大驚喜,只是用了桶放,份量也不多,但味道不錯  天婦羅:皮脆薄而蝦鮮甜,很有水準;而其他蔬菜亦很甜  面豉湯:清而鮮味 整體來說,賀菊選的食材都十分新鮮,此價錢能吃到此種質素的食材算是合理,值得一試。

同事生日,很地方已去過,諗無可諗,越食越貴。賀菊在Landmark已一段「歷史」,今次就揭開它的「神秘」面紗。入到去,燈光氛暗,又左又右的半開放式間格,如迷宮地,入到去有四枱的房間。Menu上最「平」的是吉烈豬扒、生薑牛肉飯之類的單式客飯,around$178up。set 就即刻$250up喇。同事建議,吃一份「雨」$380,因為如一人吃,份量都不少,而且可以吃「盡」魚生、熟食、天婦羅。先來鰻魚豆腐配蟹籽魚翅,鰻魚肉爽!汁味濃,拚豆腐很合拍,魚翅爽口,加脆卜卜蟹籽,很good!吞拿魚蓉小卷壽司、Toro(有筋)、海膽、油甘魚、帶子壽司,很新鮮!!天婦羅一點也不鬆化,粉漿”撻”到實晒。在高檔日式餐廳遇上此品質的天婦羅,實在慘不忍睹。燒鯖魚,外脆,魚香!好少吃到不嚡口的燒鯖魚,讚!其他東西,聽同事們反應,熟食既,只是一般一般,或難食(炒牛柳粒飯、煎鵝肝飯)。沒有影下,銀雪魚西京燒,魚肉極滑!滑到有點鹼性,令我聯想到許久前,新聞報導過的.....「油」魚。看來,肯負出這價錢的,大家也寧願去”Shushi U”好過喇。

昨天和友人在尖沙咀行完街, 正想去哪吃晚餐時,友人突然收到她朋友打來的電話, 說是去賀菊吃飯..... 侍應哥哥說, 可以試一下這個"香煎雞排芝麻醬冷烏冬",好彈牙, 不會感覺太飽,

但又不會晚點時想要再吃東西, 這麼的神奇? 有飽肚又不會感到很飽?? 那就試一下吧~~

不過,本人不吃雞皮,所以要求去皮才煎呢~~

友人和她朋友就叫了"鍋燒麵", 配上天婦羅蝦, 看上去也不錯呢~~

本來都想照些照片.....但一看四周的環境這麼的高貴寧靜....又不想拿出手機來照相呢~~~

所以沒有照片放上來~~~

本人和友人吃的東西都很贊!

那烏冬彈牙又滑, 芝麻醬加烏冬麵上的加了些kimchi汁的青瓜絲, 絕對可口好味!!

友人她們的麵看上去都很滑的感覺, 問了友人味道如何, 她們也說很喜歡,很好味!!

聊天期間, 咱們也叫了兩支清酒!! 邊喝酒,邊聊天, 這樣的氣氛, 這樣的食物, 這樣的服務, 超贊的呢~~~

最後, 結帳也不是很貴, 每人大約都是160左右呢~~~都可以每個月來吃一次啊~~~
