嫲嫲住呢頭,間唔時都會行過。而呢個舖位,幾年已經轉手幾次,有新舖頭,就𥄫多兩眼。原來喺早前IG見過嘅窯燒雞,見到幾個窯咁多隻雞已經好吸引。一個女仔叫左一隻雞(冇得買半隻,不過我唔介意,因為成隻上先至夠juicy)。採用新鮮走地雞,未經雪藏,肉嫩多汁,皮烤到脆薄,並不是焗爐能夠媲美。同場加映竹筒飯,用16穀,煙靭口感,少少份量適合女仔。羅漢果茶食完燒雞可以降火。夥計上下都好友善,樂於介紹幫助。下次試下外賣翻熱先。

採用新鮮走地雞,未經雪藏,肉嫩多汁,皮烤到脆薄,並不是焗爐能夠媲美。

雖然我不是特別喜歡吃雞的人,昨晚還是第一次光顧這間開了三個月的小店,為什麼叫「小店」?有別於其他食店,此店大部分的舖位都用來做廚房和燒雞用,只有很少的坐位,因此我強烈建議大家外賣,慢慢回家享用,雞的肉質鮮嫩,明顯和其他冰鮮雞不同,雖然沒有什麼調味醬料給客人選擇,但是他們的烤法和誠意,吃出用心做的味道,小店風味,值得喜歡吃雞的人一試和回味!

老實說,荔枝柴的香味未算濃厚,雞用上及百里香、迷迭香、准鹽等香料醃製,質感有點像西式的焗雞處理,只是皮嘅質感和焗爐焗出嚟稍有不同,初初以為他們是用冰鮮雞的,但細問店員之下,有些意外是原來他們說是用上新鮮雞。
在食店內看著店員一手一腳處理,又別有一番風味。

If you order takeout, they put the chicken in a tailormade box that keeps the chicken warm and crispy for 2 hrs with gloves and scissors. Great news is the menu is now available for takeout at DimOrder, and can be delivered to all 18 districts in HK! Gotta order this for my next home gathering!

啱啱新開張唔係好耐見到好似好吸引,今日買咗隻返屋企,大概買咗之後30分鐘返到屋企,一打開仲係微暖,附送有一把鉸剪手套濕紙巾!直接將隻雞一分為二點知好爆汁,一剪落去肉汁噴出嚟😜,剪嘅時候都感覺到皮脆,都屬於肉嫩,但係雞胸位都仍然係好鞋,味道覺得唔錯可以但係呢個價錢真係實在偏貴好多,如果呢個價位嘅話應該唔會再試,Size唔算好大,調味嗰方面冇乜特別,雞入邊放咗迷迭香,感覺唔知中式定係西式,雞皮就真係100分

當初最吸引👧🏻嘅餸菜除咗係燒雞,就係呢個竹筒飯,因為出面好少地方有得食竹筒飯!竹筒飯Size就比較袖珍,有淡淡竹筒香味,內藏12種穀米,口感非常豐富,可能係撈過雞油,飯都唔會太Dry!

🌟 桂花車厘茄
本身👧🏻就對呢個車厘茄就冇咩愛,但估唔到呢個桂花車厘茄就成為👧🏻嘅最愛!車厘茄有事先去皮,桂花味幾清甜,係滲透入車厘茄,冇草青味。事後再問職員,原來仲有落咗啲威士忌🥃,難怪味道層次嘅豐富!呢道小食絕對可以解膩!

🌟 怪味雞
怪味雞入面除咗有雞碎,仲有素雞、青瓜🥒、腰果、松子仁,麻辣芫荽味幾濃郁,辣度就大概5小辣🥵,對👧🏻嚟講就真係辣咗啲!

🌟 五年陳皮羅漢果茶
陳皮羅漢果茶幾清甜,餐廳就話冇額外落糖🍬,陳皮味就淡淡地,幾易入口!

整體嚟講呢餐飯👧🏻就好滿足啦,絕對值得Encore外賣返屋企加餸!外賣燒雞仲送埋把骨剪~最衰餐廳初三先啟市,如果唔係屋企開年飯都可以加餸😖。
