The Japanese style walnut bread is my favourite thing in this bakery, as today is Friday, everything here can get20% off. So every time when I have something wanna try, I will choose Friday to come!!

一向都超鍾意食蛋糕卷，係蛋撻王買個北海道特選3.6牛乳經典原味試吓。首先價錢方面，$47真係幾貴下，同其他西餅店相比，價錢貴咗差唔多一倍。包裝方面，都幾簡單下，話晒貴成倍，包裝靚少少，感覺會良好啲🤪味道方面，呢個北海道3.6牛乳，奶味幾香濃，蛋糕唔算太甜，奶味無被甜味蓋過晒。呢方面我同老公都好欣賞，最怕啲蛋糕甜到漏，食一件要飲成杯水。蛋糕幾軟熟，室溫食或者雪凍食都一樣咁好味😋原本以為tea time 食一兩件，都要食兩日，但因為唔太甜，老公一口氣已經食咗半條😂😂所以總括而言，下次我哋應該都會再買來食，雖然價錢真係有啲貴，但係好食貴少少都係值得嘅😊

秋冬正是吃栗子的好季節！可惜曾幾何時是瘋魔香港的法式Mont Blanc店都已經敗走了！近來我發現蛋撻王推出了一款季節限定金粟牛乳卷非常美味，而且價錢十分實惠弄得我近來經常買來品嚐！某天還見到蛋撻王連散水餅也有售！這個Don’t撈散水撻後會無期價只需＄128就有12件撻類產品，連同精緻包裝加上抵死的字句我覺得十分可愛！說回我愛上大大件的金栗牛乳卷只售＄52，栗子卷用上北海道特選3.6牛乳做Cream另外配上瑞士栗子蓉！待車爸爸收工回家用來作夜宵真的很邪惡！金栗牛乳卷吃下去很香滑而且不會過甜，加上軟熟的卷蛋整體質感味道都很吸引，配以劉裕發茶莊的減肥茶一同享用內心會好過一點點！其實除了金栗牛乳卷外還有青森蘋果卷和抹茶紅豆卷味，所以這天更買多件青森蘋果凍卷嚐一嚐，吃下去內裡的蘋果蓉味道很清新完全沒有膩感，所以得到不愛吃甜的車爸爸喜歡到不得了呢！近來逢星期五蛋撻王更有八折優惠！弄得我逢星期五也不敢經過生怕忍不住又買回家！否則不想又再瘋狂減肥也不行了！

What's more proper to find than a cake for the teatime snack? I was just randomly walking in King's Bakery and searched for some. This time, I decided to try a egg white tart.The overall flavor was great! The buttery crust was nice and crunchy. And the custard texture of that egg white was just perfect, solid and just a tiny little wobbly. And yet, it was a bit over-baked, the bottom of the crust was a bit scorched. And the taste of that egg white is rather milky than eggy.

One night, I bought an egg tart near their closing time. And yet, the egg tart severed in warm, which is just very nice.The buttered crust had a light buttery favour, not too greasy or overthicked buttery, which is good. However, the crust tends to be a bit crumbly, easily falling apart. The crust is not crisp and it is thin. And the interior custard egg is a bit jelly-ish rather than custard, with just a very very light egg flavor into it. And it is oily on the top of the egg.

仲記得佢裝修之前嘅格局同附近嘅凱施餅店差唔多裝修之後行高檔（中上）路線，麵包嘅類型由街坊口味嘅包，好似雞扒包，肉鬆包，菠蘿紅豆包轉為而家綠茶紅豆，法包級數嘅包都好嘅，可以有另外選擇今次試咗椰撻，買咗返嚟之後擺咗幾日先食餡料都幾多，個撻睇落好飽滿，大大啖幾抵食撻皮依然鬆化椰子味都幾濃味道同其他大型連鎖餅店差唔多，幾好啦有機會再試下佢哋嘅麵包
