One night, I bought an egg tart near their closing time. And yet, the egg tart severed in warm, which is just very nice.The buttered crust had a light buttery favour, not too greasy or overthicked buttery, which is good. However, the crust tends to be a bit crumbly, easily falling apart. The crust is not crisp and it is thin. And the interior custard egg is a bit jelly-ish rather than custard, with just a very very light egg flavor into it. And it is oily on the top of the egg.
