因為為家附近,所以間中會去飲杯野!今年聖誕節無約朋友去行,食完飯想飲杯野感受下節日就同個妹去坐下!坐下點了杯mojito 飲一啖真係嚇一嚇!因為平時也有點這杯,味道也差太遠了吧😨是節日的問題嗎?酒味超淡!跟平時去差很遠!所以在節日去這餐廳真的不要點cocktail ,要喝酒的話點啤酒就好了!平時對這餐廳印象幾好的!食物我覺得幾好食的!豬手不會太咸!比起以前在馬灣吃過的好吃很多!但這次的cocktail 實在有點失望!雖然是節日,但店面不忙碌,為什麼質量會變差😞閒日去的話沒問題👌🏼很正常! continue reading

去到德國餐廳就一定要點豬手食下🤯點解呢?一黎可以試下呢間餐廳廚師嘅功架德國豬手又係最具特色之一👍而今次去嘅呢間餐廳就充滿著特色喇先講一講室內環境裝修有真人現場Live Band🎸餐檯同其他傢俱都有濃厚歐陸風燈光色調偏黃且暗💡加上美妙嘅音樂呢一刻感受到個晚餐🍽️絕對得到好好嘅享受 ------------------------------🎈德國咸豬手毫無異問咁大件豬手係相當吸引🐖嘩,超大舊嘅豬手上碟嘅時候員工都好細心咁問需唔需要切埋🔪咁有啲朋友仔喜歡自己切都無所謂的豬皮脆口🤗食落索索聲豬手有些少煙燻過嘅味道豬肉舊舊都切得好大件每一啖都食得好滋味切完之後擺放得好似成座山咁高⛰️份量可以食到3人呀真係必點之選碟上仲有薯仔同酸椰菜酸椰菜夾埋啲豬手食好開胃😋如果分開酸椰菜食都可以但可能會覺得有啲咸薯仔經過鐵板多左一層燒焦同埋仲有一層薯皮係面🥔係超級好食薯仔咬落唔硬👀口感係相當之好估唔到連配料都做得相當之出色好好味 ------------------------------🎈燒春雞一大個雞腿分開2件🐥有蒜頭,薯仔同一啲蔬菜伴碟個人認為係雞肉味道上稍為差些少但有值得讚嘅地方喎就係肉質好嫩煮嘅時候火力同時間啱啱好👍唔太需要好用力咬先咬得開醬汁方面有些少稀唔太提高到味道😐不過已經算係唔錯而且呢個薯仔就無豬手嗰個咁好食喇個人感覺好似調制薯仔方面🤔應該有啲出入 ------------------------------其實餐廳室外都有座位同朋友飲住啤酒🍺輕輕鬆鬆咁傾下計位置亦都唔係近市中心所以比較寧靜🤫唔會比其他環境騷擾而且又有電視直播球賽⚽仲唔係一班朋友聚腳好地方? continue reading

之前只光顾过他的尖沙咀分店,这是第一次来元朗分店。由于地理原因,这场地比其他分店大。分室內和室外兩个区份,所有摆设和整体氛围都比较舒适。因郊区关系,他也自设停车场(费用40元),开车过来非常方便。食物方面,跟其他分店没两样,都提供不同种类的德国啤酒和他的招牌猪手和香肠等。招牌就是招牌,他的猪手外脆内软。外皮好像吃薯片般鬆脆,但肉汁还是保存得很好,一口咬下去非常有层次感。他的啤酒也适合不同口味的人士,小编比较喜欢他那支带甜味的小麦啤。但最败笔的是他的服务,可能不是开在游客区,根本没有任何服务可言。真的有待改善。 continue reading

老闆早個幾兩個星期就話搵日同媽咪食飯,個母親節飯同生日飯合併一齊食,咁好啦講講下就冇左回事,突然老闆醒起好似今日話係約左食飯,問佢地突然又話全部人都話ok,忽然之間Book 邊間食好呢,好歹都5位食,walk in 通常都冇位。伯友又話想食西餐,咁兩餐夾埋食又冇理由是但 ,諗諗下有一間好似好耐冇去響洪水橋又泊到車(呢個先係至緊要),打去有位咁就去馬啦,其實私心係想食豬手😆。首先叫左個大西蘭花湯:中間有個用酸忌廉打成ga mouss,飲落去好輕身。 再黎一個大紙船小食拼盤:有炸蝦,雞翼,腸,大堆薯條響底 配左兩種醬咁食德國菜出左名都係食腸仔 腸仔拼盤:我目標想食的豬手:侍應會好識做咁成隻比我地相機食左先, 再會去旁邊細檯幫我地碎左佢。食落去面皮係脆,內裡夠味。以下幾樣就唔特別講了。最後上居然係咖哩農夫包, 大家都飽晒時上呢個。。。。反而伯友最欣賞係呢個包包,面頭炸蝦黎,包吸左汁軟硬度剛剛好,味道都剛剛好,唔會因為比包吸左汁而變淡。後記:環境呢間餐廳其實元朗屯門都少有,泊車,LIVE BAND 氣氛都好,食物質素都唔會脫軌,咁多年都重保持到。 continue reading
