習慣在星期六和家人外出用膳,今日特登去左尖沙咀靠東的漆咸道。今天係打風後的第三日,傍晚又開始落雨,坐巴士到達,直接揀了上海菜的霸王山莊。外觀裝修企理,今日六點零就到達,餐廳地面及樓上都有用餐區。雖然是晚市啱啱開始的時間,但樓下四人坐位已滿,大約有十張枱左右,我哋只好上樓上雅座,樓上也只有八張枱,仲有十人大圓枱。我們選了四座位卡座,座位闊落、乾淨。我們是第一枱上樓上的(自行上了樓上),熱情及儘責的待噟,隨即跟了上嚟,為我哋加位及開茶。打開餐牌,先揀了一個二人餐-,再揀了主餐牌的心機手工菜式-榶醋松子桂魚。套餐先嚟一份開胃涼拌-撈汁繡球菌(鮮雪耳),味道中和又不失開胃小菜之名, 跟住上了兩碗瑤柱海皇羹,份量大,夠四人飲,味道不過不失。滬式濃醬燜桶蠔,味道濃郁,蠔都比較大隻、肥美,啖啖肉,好野味。北京烤鴨,金黃色外皮,熱辣辣餅皮,也很有水準。小籠包皮薄餡鮮而不膩。帶子蛋白炒飯,飯底比較濕,不太粒粒分明,但味道也不錯。最期待既就係自選的榶醋松子桂魚,全部人都好期待,立體桂花魚加上色彩繽紛榶醋松子,已經令我哋好興奮,首先大家都先試試榶醋松子,味道好好,不太酸、不太甜,味到恰到好,再試試魚肉,薄薄

我們是第一枱上樓上的(自行上了樓上),熱情及儘責的待噟,隨即跟了上嚟,為我哋加位及開茶。
打開餐牌,先揀了一個二人餐-,再揀了主餐牌的心機手工菜式-榶醋松子桂魚。套餐先嚟一份開胃涼拌-撈汁繡球菌(鮮雪耳),味道中和又不失開胃小菜之名, 跟住上了兩碗瑤柱海皇羹,份量大,夠四人飲,味道不過不失。滬式濃醬燜桶蠔,味道濃郁,蠔都比較大隻、肥美,啖啖肉,好野味。北京烤鴨,金黃色外皮,熱辣辣餅皮,也很有水準。小籠包皮薄餡鮮而不膩。帶子蛋白炒飯,飯底比較濕,不太粒粒分明,但味道也不錯。
最期待既就係自選的榶醋松子桂魚,全部人都好期待,立體桂花魚加上色彩繽紛榶醋松子,已經令我哋好興奮,首先大家都先試試榶醋松子,味道好好,不太酸、不太甜,味到恰到好,再試試魚肉,薄薄一層粉槳,一啖就食到魚,加上榶醋松子一齊食,淡淡魚肉,混在一起,味道剛好,唯一美中不足,就是魚肉不太熱,應是一早炸好的。

好耐冇出過去尖沙咀,今日工作關係喺附近做嘢,自己一個人食啊,唔知食乜好!最後決定嚟咗呢度食午飯,嚟到呢度環境冇變,一些老員工仍在,實在難得。最後點選咗一個雪菜肉絲湯麵,招牌小籠包,雪菜肉絲湯麵,味道清清地幾好,唔會過鹹,招牌小籠包十年如一日,皮夠薄,湯汁夠,依然係20年前嘅味道。食晏期間,見到好多外國遊客幫襯,但睇落去以韓國遊客佔多,大部份遊客都食北京烤鴨,見到我都想食,不過今次得我一個人,所以食唔到,唯有下次帶埋屋企人嚟食。

平時係尖沙咀行街經過,一直都未有機會試,今次終於食到~一入黎已經好好招呼,個位又坐得好闊落!黎到呢到,點可以唔食小籠包。佢粒粒都好飽滿,皮又薄,仲有好清好鮮味既湯汁!之黎食左菜肉雲吞,皮都係好薄,不過雲竹吞就爽口好多, 但都一樣好好食!之後食既係金沙蝦球。一定要讚下啲蝦好大隻好爽口。鹹蛋黃醬就又多又香,包滿每隻蝦,好惹味!不過呢個就多啲人share會好啲!最後就一定係片皮鴨。呢到既片皮鴨都係即燒,所以都要等得一陣,但黎到真係皮脆肉滑,又熱辣辣,絕對值得等多一陣!最後食埋高力豆沙做甜品, 真係好滿足!

最後就一定係片皮鴨。呢到既片皮鴨都係即燒,所以都要等得一陣,但黎到真係皮脆肉滑,又熱辣辣,絕對值得等多一陣!
