今天興高采烈地與家人還想着使用消費券一起到霸王山莊用餐, 卻沒曾想現實與我們幻想的距離這麼遠。我們點了一個片皮鴨,以及小籠包,還有白菜仔。片皮鴨的質素大不如前,鴨肉乾癟癟、粗糙,鴨皮非但不脆、鴨油香味亦不濃。小籠包方面,因為來貨關係品質不會太過差。白菜仔方面,可說是前無古人後無來者,能夠將菜的苦澀味完美帶出,令到成個菜餚十分難食。難能可貴的是,與霸王山莊姐姐真的是雞同鴨講,一個字也沒聽明白。我並沒過多追究她談話的內容,然後轉身一走,我便知道我以後也不會再來這間餐廳用餐。總括而言,這一間餐廳相繼結業是有他的理由的,我對於這一間餐廳的退步十分失望,

9月21號17點22分於Openrice外賣自取下單尖沙咀霸王山莊的酸菜魚&辣子雞,19點取餐。餐廳17點26分接受訂單,我準時19點到達餐廳,辣子雞已經做好,但是酸菜魚還沒有好。等了5-10分鐘,其他訂單已經離開,我的還是沒有,辣子雞都已經涼了。最後差不多等到30分才有。差評😠😠😠So bad👎👎👎雖然今天是假期,但是餐廳應該做足準備,堂食是重要,外賣也很重要。好嗎?如果不能準時出餐,就不應該接單。
