又係新蒲崗搵食嘅時候!今日早收工,特登走去工業區附近睇睇有無平價下午茶選擇。見到有一間王子冰室裝修幾精緻,就入去一試!佢個menu嘅下午茶都有幾多選擇。麵餐又有,炒粉麵又有⋯⋯甚少在茶餐廳見到有辛辣麵選擇,試試叫個麵餐改辛辣麵睇睇咩情況。叫嘅係雞扒辛辣麵:睇落好似無乜問題,雞扒亦都算係大塊。可惜辛辣麵好似無煮過咁樣,隨便放落水度浸兩浸就拎上黎。個麵用叉整開時仍然係硬嘅。諗住可以用熱水浸一陣得佢變軟?嗰d只係暖水,浸到凍晒都唔會變軟⋯⋯環境好,食物大份⋯⋯可惜,食麵餐最緊環係個麵呀⋯⋯

啲飯仲要冇汁,價錢又唔係平,食到一半乾爭爭。一坐低就叫你落單,諗都唔俾時間你諗,碗飯仲要好細碗,如果後生仔嚟食一定唔夠食。本來諗住帶個煙肉蒜蓉汁牛扒拼飯,點知見到隔離枱件牛扒好細塊,所以叫咗豬頸肉。最後都睇唔過眼,要寫呢篇野叫人唔好零食。服務態度極差,完全當你是狗,服務員大聲呼喊,令人感覺十分不舒服,叫左個豬頸肉飯,豬肉極細塊,汁又少,完全唔值50多元!千祈千祈唔好過嚟啊!真係寧願食隔離間麥當勞好過!

啲飯仲要冇汁,價錢又唔係平,食到一半乾爭爭。

好耐冇食過菠蘿油,店員介紹話呢個係佢哋嘅招牌菠蘿油,所以就試吓啦!

睇早場前,順路路經這家茶餐廳,同老婆食了一個快閃早餐,這家茶餐廳的佈置採用懷舊風,是以前的戲院為主題,眼前一大幅”全院滿座的牆紙”,色彩及構圖也不錯,想不到工業區附件的茶記都會有這般心思為店舖設計。雖然不知道是否新店,但店內整體感覺很乾淨,食物味道也不錯。我自己點了一份早餐,炸菜肉絲米粉,煎蛋茄汁豆,份量都算多,平常茄汁豆得幾粒,這裡就大方很多,另外多士轉了奶油豬,很香脆鬆化,這個快閃真的很飽肚。而老婆食了普通的鮑片通,湯底都唔差,只少唔會重味精,食完口喝那種。

王子冰室用70年代香港電影光輝的時間代做茶餐廳的佈置環境,入去會見到舊時的電影海報復克,導演的打板,舊式好立克鐵罐做佈置,經營茶餐廳而會注意環境佈置之餘,價錢唔會因打住「懷舊亅氣紛而作賣點離曬大地。食物方面28元有個豐富早餐,叫左個仿鮑魚火煺片通粉,茄汁豆,炒蛋,牛油多士加熱飲,呢間新開的茶餐廳飲品有「唂咕」選擇!就証明唔係裝修上扮復古,而係認真經營茶餐廳的!百物騰貴,除左McDonald 早餐,茶餐廳都係另一個選擇。
