與靚師拉短聚吹一吹,最緊要快狠準近,兩分鐘到步即入座。檯細坐位位細,迫迫夾夾坐得不舒服,速食無緊要啦。前菜,迷你關東煮?冷盤前菜濕濕口,醬油味濃,清新不膩,蘿蔔爽爽多水,肉丁、魚肉瘦瘦的,可以。溫泉蛋斧牛帆立鍋冬,斧牛?韓式食店,不是日式食店嗎?姓金係韓姓喎。即沖湯包感覺濃厚,味道沉實,濃濁不鮮豬骨味。烏冬又不錯喎,竟然用上手打,烚耐了一點而偏腍,幸好還保有嫩滑微彈感,用濃湯浸著倒入口都滿意。雪藏無味帆立貝,清水味濃,質地合格。溫泉蛋微暖不是凍的,蛋黃甘甜味道濃,讚!魚蛋同牛肉就非常普通,唔難食無特別。 continue reading

這家隱身於小巷的私房餐廳已光顧多次,地方不大,但勝在寧靜,適合慶祝紀念日,老闆師傅及店員態度都很好,食物質數同樣有保證。食量不大,只叫了三款,厚切三文魚刺身,浦燒三文魚定食及招牌火炙帶子卷三文魚腩刺生厚切,冇記錯賣$6*,份量唔多,但新鮮有質數!浦燒三文魚定食,唔算特別,但勝在即叫即做,燒得香口招牌火炙帶子卷,帶子鮮甜,配上芒果汁,感覺清新唔膩,強烈推介! continue reading

佢地嘅刺身係十分之新鮮,好多都係「當季」的,而且好肥美,食落好鮮甜!加上啲sauce唔係豉油,而係餐廳秘製嘅,所以好驚喜!熟食方面,啲款式都好多,份量好我覺較細,但係岩岩好。佢地唔係一間傳統嘅日本餐廳,有好多野都係chef自創,比如帶子加洲卷。擺碟方面,佢地唔會好日式,比較fushion左西式。OVERALL都好滿意,因為有好多其他野都想試,所以會再光臨! continue reading

在紅磡工廠區的一條冷巷內新開了一間日本料理屋(約三個月前) 一直觀察了一段時間到最近卒之來此試了一次午餐, 店內面積很細如果要放一般正常嘅枱櫈, 項多放兩至三張枱,雖則店內呈四方形, 為了在細小的店內騰出多一點空間, 店方用上沒有靠背的中式木櫈但可惜的是這櫈跟枱的高度並不配合, 座上櫈時將手擺上枱時感覺特別奇怪, 而且當飯餸拿上枱, 客人食的時候要將身偎前稍稍彎腰食, 坐姿上令人坐得唔舒服, 一定唔會在這環境下慢慢磨啦,當日叫了:雜綿壽司拼烏冬set /$55, 壽司七件, 之前來一個味噌湯- 普通! 前菜是少少豆角粒加海螺肉,調味都係嗰d最傳統的甜加埋咸味, 但份量真的超少, 海螺肉就話”貴”啫,豆角粒唔通又好貴?? 味噌湯亦只是一般, 壽司飯都係屬於軟熟嗰種, 但上面件魚生就只有三文魚質地比較上新鮮, 其他的魚肉則唔算太新鮮嗰隻, 不過魚肉也只不過兩種, 而雜綿壽司竟然沒有蛋的壽司就有點出奇! 烏冬就有兩片極之考刀功的極簿紅白色相間魚片, 個烏冬湯好淡, 而菜則是1/16小棠菜, 賣相顯得好小家, 即使百物騰貴但1/2棵小棠菜佔不了多少成本吧?!總括來說: 小店有心無力, 捱得過一個租約已經算有幸褔之神幫比忙了, continue reading
