明白而家生意艱難,特別係餐廳;但係做生意始終要有原則規矩。講真大壹燒鵝嘅食物做得唔錯,份量亦好足夠。但係今次我要講嘅,係佢外賣使用發泡膠盒。從相片睇到,佢煮完嘅餸溫度好高,喺個發泡膠盒度哪咗一撻!呢樣嘢我一年前已經同佢講,叫佢改用一啲好啲嘅外賣餐盒。但係佢話因為成本好貴,佢啲客唔鍾意。不過咁樣唔係一個理由,佢隔離嘅海記 & 村里村外都用緊一啲質素好好嘅外賣餐盒。所以話成本貴啲客人唔鍾意唔係一個合理嘅理由。當然有人話你可以自己帶你嘅外賣餐盒,但係如果我係放工去買嘅我點會有個盒係身上帶着呢。我覺得做餐廳除咗自己要賺錢之外,你亦都係需要為客人嘅體驗&感受去諗。如果你只係為咗自己嘅利益,咁係欺騙顧客!再者,呢間餐廳生意一啲都唔差,佢嘅燒鵝係做得好食,一早都會賣晒。佢亦都擴展到有三間分店,馬鞍山呢間係第一間。生意做到可以擴展的確唔錯,不過我亦都係因為對外賣餐盒呢個原因一年冇去過;但係前晚去發現佢原來都仍然係一直咁樣嘅態度,所以我都係決定以後都唔會再幫襯。

係附近運動完,想吃燒味,好像燒鵝瀨粉。想到這裡有停車場,燒味也很有水準。兩個人晚上七點到,要等位,不過好快,兩分鐘就入座。座位比較逼,茶餐廳基本都係咁。佢地嘅員工好醒目,做嘢快手,有禮貌。我點左燒鵝油雞雙拼配米粉,朋友就叉燒燒鵝飯。燒味好有水準,好好食。我喜歡配米粉。肯定要再黎!

日落時間去外賣晚飯既送,未食過,最穩陣直接叫個燒鵝下裝,百幾蚊。見師傅斬下偷返幾舊放落個碗,應該係for堂食用。返去開條la仔等佢唔焗淋,放幾個鐘,晚飯時間開吃。一隻完整既燒鵝比,4大舊,加埋其余有12,3舊咁上下,好多都切唔開瀨住,師傅仔後生功力未夠,仲冇去走d肺呀內臟。。味道調教得唔錯,唔死咸有香甜味,一定好過同區燒臘檔,皮唔算好香脆可能都放左幾個鐘。燒鵝皮下冇左層脂肪,可以話健康,睇個人偏好,大鵝肥鵝通常都有食落就香口d。肉質唔木口感好,新鮮野最低標淮係要咁。總括來講味道4分,未去到嘩好正既程度啦,刀功和去走d內臟應該要improve既,比d專業精神。去返之前果間燒鴨仲抵食一半價錢都有4星味道。

單憑從餐廳外面睇菜單價錢比一般茶餐廳尚算貴的,但每逢假日晚飯都排長龍,所以今天來試一次銅盤焗蜆份量有一斤多,即叫即焗熱辣辣,蒜蓉份量夠,用的蜆種類係花甲,肉質鮮甜比起沙白及沙蜆更好味xo醬蒜蓉蒸勝瓜,每件有吋半厚,女仕門及小孩食要分两啖咬,xo醬唔太辣椒鹽九肚魚,夠脆口但每條魚偏向細條肉唔夠厚,份量有十多條,但有幾條偏細的食落口感覺只有脆漿粉冇左魚肉燒鵝湯米粉,性價比唔算高,肉質算林同好有香料味道,但價錢賣58蚊
