難得平日休息,約左朋友黎荃灣食個early dinner。簡左黎食古今二,之前已經有聽聞野食唔錯,估唔到荃灣有一間分店係荃新天地, 而位置原來係三聯書店附近,平日好似上到呢層都無發現有一間日式餐廳。餐廳主要食日式料理,裝修日式居酒屋風為主,餐廳空間唔算大,但用餐距離都適中係餐廳外面都有三張比較開陽既座位,但亦有屏風增加私隱度。柚想蝦你呢道菜其實係沙律沙律,入面有沙律菜、中華沙律、車厘茄、蘋果、柚子肉,清新嘅柚子配上甜蝦,食材新鮮,加上豐富既配料,感覺好refreshing,好適合做開胃菜。雜錦天婦羅天婦羅有蝦、秋葵同小甜薯,炸的夠脆,唔會過重油膩感,就是同朋友傾左一段時間食,都依然keep到脆,唔會淋曬。最驚喜係秋葵天婦羅,入面原來係有釀到蝦膠,好特別。火山呢道菜視覺效果一流!將蟹柳牛油果卷鋪底,上面蓋上蟹柳蟹籽造成好似一座小山咁,然後店員會點火,營造到火山嘅效果,充滿創意。上面嘅蟹柳蟹子小山原來仲夾雜住一D帶子刺身粒,拌上明太子醬,好食之餘好適合打卡。金龍卷呢道菜上檯已經擺好一條龍既形狀,好適合打卡,金龍卷以炸蝦天婦羅和芝士為內餡,外層鋪滿三文魚片,點綴上少量沙律醬,外軟內脆,味道不錯。秘製蒜香牛油燒帆立貝 & 鹽燒雞中翼雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩,鹽味調味啱啱好,突食落juicy又唔會太鹹。帆立貝串燒都唔錯,如果可以喺面上一層醬汁會更加惹味。最後,好欣賞呢間餐廳出品兼顧味道同創意,適合同朋友打下卡傾下計,輕鬆食一餐。 continue reading
