4.     鹿兒島黑豚腩卷—這是一道十分重口味的串燒,醬汁非常濃厚,肉質十分細嫩,咬開肉卷,油香及醬汁不斷在口腔爆發,配上山椒粉和京葱絲,滋味十足。不過小食宜情就好了,因為醬汁太濃,如果喜歡淡味的人可能接受不了這串燒,對我卻剛剛好,配上一口酒更是完美。

5.     KONA手羽先 —這是以店命名的一道料理,對招牌菜當然是最期待之一,本來認為也只是雞翼會有什麼特別,這樣想便錯了,它是可以讓你大口吃下的無骨手羽先,炸得脆得堪到好處的雞皮包著肉汁豐富的雞肉,加上調味,完美。

6.     瞬間薰製日本雞頸肉—另一款招牌茶,看得又食得,在密封瓶中加以木香,瓶蓋打開,一陣煙燻煙香味傳出,可打卡也滿足胃口,雞頸肉肉質嫩滑,木香也在口腔不斷散出,十分有驚喜。

7.     特製壽喜燒風夏松露牛丼—也是一道必試菜式,當中的牛肩肉用壽喜燒煮法處理過,肉質軟腍,油香強烈,配上蛋味濃厚的日本蛋及松露,加在一起吃,蛋香肉香及松露香令口感層次更為豐富。

這次用餐體驗真的很完美,食物高質,店員親切,除了介紹好味推介,更周不時介紹料理如何處理,詢問食後感等,感覺對客人十分用心又不會做成困擾。
可惜當晚趕著看電影,不然一定再點多一串牛腹膜來吃,至今念念不忘,希望快點會下次晚市進餐的機會。

We came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the refined taste of the dishes. Simple yet layered. The ayu fish was seasonal and definitely worth trying. I hardly ever like oysters but the one I had here changed my mind! Overall, a place with price for quality. Cosy atmosphere too! Side note: superb service.
