記得年30晚那天仍要工作,因為想食好一點,並且得知杏花村有新開張食店,所以去試下。這是一間新開張的泰國人海南雞,來到當然是食招牌的海南雞,只是味道一般,而且價錢偏貴,有點令人失望。海南雞飯最初源於中國海南島的文昌市,海南人以白斬雞(即烹調時不加入香料調味,將雞用水浸熟或隔水蒸熟,目的是讓雞的鮮味盡量顯露)的做法烹調文昌雞,配以雞油和浸雞水烹煮米飯,20世紀初期,隨著移民潮的出現,海南雞飯逐漸傳入馬來亞,暹羅(泰國)及印尼一帶,這次食的是泰式海南雞飯, 一般海南雞飯配的醬汁有三款,分別是老抽,薑蓉和辣椒醬, 但泰式的就只有一種就是辣椒醬,還會有一碗冬瓜湯,一來是去除油膩感,二來配海南雞飯特別美味。這次海南雞雞肉肉質是一般黃油雞,份量少了點,而且肉質不夠鮮味, 而米飯雞油味很淡, 有點淡而無味,因為雞肉和飯有點乏味, 所以我以辣椒醬汁配雞肉和米飯,辣椒醬竟成了主角,奪去了海南雞飯的味道,味道一般,而價錢又偏貴,感覺唔抵食。

大年初三嚟到杏花邨,晚上八點要食飯;見到呢間新開食肆幫襯佢地。落完order發現張單無飲品(5杯),追問職員,回應係有寫無入電腦。等咗一陣,職員返嚟話入咗飲品,唔記得同你地講餡餅無晒。飲品嚟到,嘩!杯青檸梳打得一片薄薄青檸。菠蘿炒飯上枱時,個伙記很粗暴放上枱面,飯面嘅肉鬆大部份跌晒落枱面,我“嘩”咗一聲,個伙記竟然望實我,佢想點?食到九點鬆啲,有個伙記走埋嚟收碟,全無出聲就想拎走碟雞(仲有未食晒喎)。

今日食晏同班同事試吓新野,點知中晒伏。一點三落單諗住都唔會好耐有得食,點知等等下唔對路,一點半催單先發現原來無入機,仲要等疑似經理嘅人慢慢篤機幫客埋單。終於打到張單就無為意啦,點知等到一點九都未來齊,check 單先發現打單入錯數,漏入兩個海南雞飯...佢繼續慢慢來落單...好彩個飯極快送到兩點又要趕返公司,難為兩位同事食完海南雞飯都唔知咩味由於食得太趕無細味,啲野食唔計服務都ok嘅,抵唔抵就還好,係杏花邨食晏間間都係50蚊上下...

個日十二點幾左右,同屋企人落樓下搵野食,係杏花新城行行下見到呢間餐廳新開張,加上之前係街見過分店冇試過,咪諗住試下.當時爆緊場, 好彩等左十分鐘左右就有位.我地兩個人叫左三樣野食啦首先個金柚子沙律,見佢話係推介咪諗住試下,D金柚子都算甜同幾多汁,D蝦幾大隻同彈牙,配埋個汁係吾錯既,冇推介錯.跟住碗泰式船仔金邊粉,喇沙味有D過濃,札肉幾多幾大塊但金邊粉略嫌較少,40幾蚊,整體一般般最後小食拼盤:豬頸肉吾錯,D肉幾爽口,食落去仲要有埋肉汁添. 魚餅就辣辣地,正正常常. 春卷呢就...相當普通冇咩好講. 鳳爪酸酸的食落凍凍地幾好食.總括黎講...間野質素算係咁,食得過既,加上價錢吾算貴,當比多個選擇自己吧.

見有新鋪,同朋友入去試下,可能我地早,吾洗排隊。朋友叫佐個泰式豬手飯,豬手好入味,仲有咸酸菜墊底夠醒胃,加半只鹵水蛋同一個白飯,一個人食夠噻,個飯如果可以揀油飯就更好。我叫佐個冬蔭雞湯海鮮金邊粉,睇黎睇去,全部都系雞🐔,一粒海鮮類都無,叫服務員問個究竟,原來廚房搞錯,得幾台客都甘易錯😂,服務員幫我換返個正確概,仲加多句“海鮮豐富”。的確好多海鮮,吾知系本來就甘豐富,定系因搞錯所以比多d。湯底好好味,海鮮有斑塊、青口、蝦、魷魚,仲有小小雞同菇。
