朋友介紹,周日遠赴流浮山,喜遇新寵,韓泰太的極品味美窯燒雞,製作認真,特式地在瓦缸中窯燒,香草之辛香四溢,皮脆肉嫩,肉汁保持,調味醬汁出色,雞胸肉也沾滿醬料不嚡口。這家店位於深灣路,沿着地圖找不難,附近有不少流浮山海鮮老店。韓泰太自成一角,門口及附近可以泊車。露天座位不少,適合大群人燒烤,我們二人內進有冷氣的飯廳,風味不及戶外,但就非常舒適,枱中央有爐頭燒烤。晚上供應任食韓泰燒套餐,每位$278,仲送埋雞,我們兩人一只雞當然意猶未盡!供應最受歡迎嘅肉類,例如西冷、牛舌、牛板腱、豬頸肉、五花腩、蜆、素菜等,特色是可以選擇韓、泰或BBQ式調味,皆做得唔錯,沒有坊間偏鹹的弊病,汽水咖啡茶任飲。吃得又飽又滿意的一餐,真心推薦,值得再訪。 continue reading

我在FB看到有人介绍这间韓燒好正,我就決定同friend去试下…其实同BBQ無乜太大差别,只係唔駛用叉燒⋯⋯我地坐低䤞看到個網係reuse 的(覺得唔太干淨,但算啦,火燒过后該可以吧 😌食物就用Q R code点的,但好多野SOLD OUT真的有点失望,好彩隻燒雞令我地开心番,因为系全場最好食😋個人認為每人$328任食2小时唔太抵,唯一可讚就是隻雞及服务態度很不錯 continue reading

~ 晚市120分鐘放題$278(免加一)🍖之前食過一次覺得幾正😋,而且上次冇book到位坐唔到室外搞到成日都想試多次😝。今次就預早book咗室外位😎,同埋問清楚泊車優惠(吸飛去隔離停車場有半價),不過其實我哋夜晚去對面都有錶位泊到🚗。坐出面果然有氣氛好多😚,天氣涼涼地幾舒服。一段時間冇黎都唔同咗好多🤔,依家一坐低會上咗一碟食物,生菜🥬同韓式辣醬先,之後可以再自己係電話再落單📲。而窯雞係即到整燒🔥,所以都要等一段時間⏳,大家就可以食住韓燒先。建議如果決心食幾隻嘅話,要一去到就同店員講定會好d😌。除咗氣氛之外,我覺得用炭火燒都惹味好多,特別係雞軟骨,牛扒等嘅肉類🥩。出乎意外地燒燒賣都好好食😆。肉類仲有三隻唔同口味,可以根據自己喜好選擇。仲有小食同錫紙焗類可以選擇🙂‍↕️。飲品同雪糕都係可以出去自己拎,飲品種類都幾多🧃。而雪糕會間唔中轉下😗,第一次食有Häagen-Dazs,今次就係Dryers,仲有伯爵茶同開心果呢啲特別口味添😜。 continue reading

上星期同朋友一行6人訂位光顧,限時120mins,$278/位,一張枱6人得一個韓式爐,用掃碼點餐,肉類有bbq味、泰式、韓式選擇,當中都係相同嘅六款肉類選擇,記得當中有雞扒、豬腩,西冷、牛仔骨、牛肋、牛肩胛,一如既往每樣點啲,點知嚟到只係得兩大盤嘅牛仔骨,其餘叫嘅肉乜嘢都冇,千幾蚊就淨係食牛仔骨好啦開始燒,啲肉無論你叫乜嘢味都係得一種味道就係甜….甜到好似食緊甜品咁,根本就食唔到,仲要其中有啲係變咗酸,然後點咗啲蝦,但就梅到不堪,大家完全唔知食咗啲乜嘢,途中叫侍應加多一位,問可唔可以加多個爐,或者加錢加多個爐,個侍應回答冇喎,唔book位冇位添喎,我門口仲有20幾人等緊入枱冇人得閒招呼你喎,只會加張凳俾你㗎咋態度幾咁唔優做於是個朋友唔食就走左呢間餐廳仲話有一個賣點,就係任食窰雞,六個人比一隻你食完一隻先一隻,好啦,咁我食第一隻先啦,啲雞又係梅嘅唔使咬冇牙都食到啊,俾咁多錢做廣告宣傳,但係所有嘢無論服務、食物質素、味道都係勁差,成班朋友一致裁定就算請都唔會再去難食難食難食差差差 continue reading
