Kosmo Wellness Café (Closed)

路過Kosmo, 點了個三文魚紅米飯, 原來係冷藏食品, 以微波爐加熱, 有點失望。慶幸份量足, 材料亦新鮮。唯套餐可選擇的飲料不多, 唯有單點紅米飯, 缺了飲品。到樓上坐, 人不多, 環境安靜, 係個好的落腳點。服務員會親自端上食品, 用這個價錢, 買的就是服務罷。

夜晚唔想食得太heavy,同朋友去左kosmo食野同傾下計.叫左三文魚wrap同埋kosmo 4 berries.個wrap加熱左,好香,好好味,不過d菜有d老.4 berries好好味,幾種berries mix埋,好refreshing!

事緣是這樣的,當天約了一眾甜魔姊妹去riquiqui,之前討論過約好先打底~怎料乘車途中哎瘋傻了,我知道妳們都分別打過來,我看到的! 可惜什麼按鈕都沒用! 唯有自己來個打底啦! 滂沱大雨的一晚,不想再到處走,加上當天肚子還未康復的我,當然想找點流質食物充飢,熱騰騰的湯最好不過。詢問過店員,表明過自己不太舒服,該吃什麼是好,但日籍店員好像不太明解; (又或者是小妹表達能力有問題吧!) 三款湯一律 $20, 分別有: 1) borsch 2) chowder 3) minestrone; chowder 有忌廉,消化不好,最好不要喝吧! 選擇只有 borsch 和 minestrone......borsch 有牛肉又有點辣,比較刺激,最後還是選擇了 minestrone了。待了一回, 日籍店員親自捧給小妹,霎時感到溫暖! 好啦,快點開餐,不然她們以為我變了失蹤人口 ! Minestrone 其實是雜菜湯,感覺上比其餘2款輕怡,有椰菜,紅蘿蔔,瓜等,還有少許意大利粉,蕃茄味香濃,還標明沒有MSG!! (沒有MSG 這點才重要呀!喝罷真的一點口渴的感覺也沒有)這個湯來得親切,好像設計給我一樣

今年 6 月, 我開始在中環上班。這裡附近都有很多不同纇型的餐廳, 而我自己都比較喜歡 cafe 類型的 (因為感覺比較 relax), 我就找到了 Kosmo Wellness Café 。這家餐廳是以 healthy為主題, 所以也蠻適合女生的。喜歡 Starbucks, Pacific Coffee 等的人也可以過來試試看, 因為價錢方面都應該是差不多。我的午餐方面, 我選擇了三文魚軟麥包和一杯 Latte。麵包給我烘得暖暖的, Latte 的杯子又好看, 還有專人送到二樓給我。服務真的很好喔, 而食物的質素也不錯 ^^餐廳共有兩層, 樓下的位子不多。但走到樓上去, 那裡有沙發, 更有室外的座位任食客自由選擇。店內亦有免費的雜誌, 供像我一樣喜歡看書的人看一番。我在這裡一邊食東西, 一邊聽音樂, 一邊看書, 感覺舒服極了!!除了一般的麵包和 coffee 之外, 這邊也有提供 lunch set - 有飯或意粉。我決定下次要試一試呢!!

This place is surprising NOT allergy friendly. Almost ALL of its dishes are listed as "containing gluten" (type of protein found in wheat) even when the ingredients do not contain gluten (e.g. corns, red rice). I think as a "wellness cafe" in this society becomes more and more health conscious and allergy prone, it should consider putting in a bit of effort to make these inherently gluten free dishes to be actually gluten free. there's no better place to hv a break at Central than Kosmo Plusit's the first time I went there, I hate the staircase but this is the only way i can have a seatI ordered Kosmo Detox, celery+cucumber+pear+pineapple $32...wondering what the taste would be with such a mix. After clumbing upstair, I imm liked the place. I picked a comfortable seat & enjoy this healthy choice. after 5 min, it's full.U really cant imagine how comfy the seating area is just looking at the G/F take away/ order corner.

It's a great lunch.I ordered smoked salmon Italian bread with vegetablesAnd Kosmo Energy, which is mixed with bananas, low fat milk..He ordered hot and sour grilled chicken Italian bread.Atmosphere is greatly comfortable, and services are excellent!Food are tasty and drink is fresh.Probably will go back again! One more special thing: it's so environmental friendly, which it provides wooden tableware!

Before going to see my dentist, I had breakfast here. I bought a breakfast set - grilled english muffin with ham & cheese. The beverage was upgraded to flat white (plus another HK$8). The final bill was HK$31. The staff suggested me to go upstair for seat and the food would followed. The stair was well decorated by some fake lotus flower on a water tank, beautiful. After hiking around LKF and Soho for boutiques, we were in desperate need of an air-conditioned cafe with toilets . Before we went upstairs, we bought the following: Sunrise juice $28Sunrise was a mix of orange, pear and carrot, blended to your order and was very refreshing indeed.Chi Devil $32This was from the exlix-r section, with boysenberries, blackberries and herbs. 是日小女好姊妹生日, 相約在老蘭附近慶祝, 當日早佐出到去,行街又行到腳仔痛, 之後同幾位早到朋友搵個地方落腳坐低飲杯野聚舊就最好不過,聽朋友講附近有間以青綠色為主以健康為主的餐廳,於是便行去老蘭八下睇下有無, 行佐一陣就見到目的地, 於是便入內.簡略下餐廳間格: 此店一共有兩層, 顧客須先在下層點餐後便到上層座位安座等待服務員送餐到來. 當時正直午餐繁忙時段, 加上我們正十五十六, 邊點餐邊改 order, 話雖如此, 但站在收銀之長金髮美女仍十分有禮及耐性地 serve 我們, 並建議我們可選購 59 元既午餐 (包一個 main course, 三選一的餐湯及一杯 4 Berry Smoothie), 於是我們一行三人便各自要一份套餐.點餐後美女服務員便將一個號碼牌交給我們後便往上層雅座等侯,等了大約 8 分鐘有位俊男經理將餐送到桌上, 及後我們有很多 request (熱水, 杯, 餐具等,,,) 但該名男經理沒有因我們諸多要求而變臉, 反過來笑面迎人逐一協助我們這排麻煩人!談回食物, 我們一共 order 三個套餐 (鰻魚,三文魚及雞飯)前兩者不過不失, 後者果個加埋附帶的汁

Haven't been to Kosmo for a few months, so this time around I discovered and fell in love with the new Vietnamese wrap. The wrap is definitely enough to fill you up as a meal as it has vermicelli as its main ingredient. The sauce is in the perfect amount and the few red pepper shreds give you a bit of spice to lit up your taste buds. 一大早女友有點事要幹，人在中環，一於找個地方坐一坐喝杯咖啡，做做點文書工作吧，就近近的選了這所未到過，位於老蘭入口的咖啡店吧。看過之前食友Babedolphin兄的食評，知道此處用的都是Blend of Danes的咖啡豆，而且更是本人之前在新蒲崗的Blends of Danes喝到美味的Carribbean Blend，對此處的咖啡也不其然有一定的信心，而今天一點東西也未下肚，一於來一個比高包及一杯Flat White吧。本人今天點的是Multi-Grain Bagel with Cream Cheese，即等於在普通的比高包上有着不少的芝麻及其他穀物，值得一讚的是比高包是會用上烤爐烤熱的，烤熱後的比高包很有麵包香，又夠熱又鬆軟，而外層又有點脆，吃起滿有麵包香，咬下粒粒的穀物時，更有五穀香，配上的Cream Cheese是冰凍的呈粒粒狀，塗在比高包的中心時，又未能完全融化，所以吃起來沒有太強烈的忌廉及芝士味，但總體來說已經是很不錯的了，是一個非常稱職的早點。也點了杯Flat White當提神的飲品，跟餐來的會便宜十元，由於光吃比高包也要十五元，這個matchup真的是棒得很，看樣子非

正月上旬‧寒冷失業以後，坐咖啡店子的機會也多了。是日來了這裡，其中一個原因就是約了專兄、Susan、雪怡及Oli他們在樓上吃飯，凍冰冰不好周圍走了，就來這裡坐一坐，做點文字工作。要了杯Soy Hartha，是一杯標榜「平衡」的飲品，是有機豆奶，加上黑白芝麻及蜜糖而成。功效不知，但看成份已經純天然。喝起來淡淡的，說不上好喝，但暖暖的，在這個天氣喝起來，幾舒服的。正在工作中，一位外藉靚女走來問：「Are you Jamie?」我不是，但妳找他有什麼事？哈哈。32蚊，不便宜。要拿這個價錢來喝東西，絕對不是我是有機食物的支持者，而是這裡一來有wi-fi，二來又有電掣，仲有大張沙發，令人無可抗拒的。
