最近要去灣仔返工同呢邊既打工仔爭食真係一大難題行過呢間開係灣仔既“九龍”粉麵見攝得落一個人唔使等就去馬啦~餐牌望左一陣,都幾多選擇有啲出面比較少見揀左陣決定試一試佢個麻辣手撕雞撈麵先!麻辣手撕雞撈麵 ($56)餐具有特別挑選過,令賣相加唔少分份量算正常,不過大食啲可能唔夠食先試一啖湯,清清地冇落味精,估計佢係牛骨湯(?)保險啲,揀左小辣試一試先店家標榜用左青花椒,同平時食開既紅花椒唔同小弟是吃唔出分別喇不過麻辣醬汁調配得好香,唔係得個辣字食過太多令人失望既麻辣,呢個算滿意手撕雞好嫩滑,有雞味,份量都唔少吸埋麻辣醬汁好惹味麵煮得略淋,同埋食到少少梘水味影響左同個醬汁嘅配合整體算不錯,係呢區一個撈麵索價五十六個大元值唔值就見仁見智喇加多八蚊要支豆漿解解辣大大支400ml,反而算幾抵飲最值得一讚既係係午飯呢啲繁忙時間,店員都好好態度冇一副唔憂做既樣子

麵煮得略淋,同埋食到少少梘水味
影響左同個醬汁嘅配合
整體算不錯,係呢區一個撈麵索價五十六個大元

牛沙瓜煮得入味又唔太淋,有咬頭而唔黏牙,爽脆而唔靭!好味呀!我鍾意食粗麵多啲,貪佢比幼麵更有質感,一碟罕有嘅牛沙瓜撈粗就成為我忙碌工作一日後嘅晚餐了。

I was lured here by the noodles with shredded Sichuan chicken.However, the annoying thing is that there is no price outside or on the leaflets because this is a special item.It costs slightly more than the other noodles.The taste was really good and I liked the noodles with chicken because you rarely get chicken served with these wonton style noodles.Sichuan spices are a strong flavour but the alkaline taste was even stronger so you can imagine how strong the alkaline was.A bit pricey for $56.

It costs slightly more than the other noodles.

The taste was really good and I liked the noodles with chicken because you rarely get chicken served with these wonton style noodles.

Sichuan spices are a strong flavour but the alkaline taste was even stronger so you can imagine how strong the alkaline was.

A bit pricey for $56.

來到灣仔的九龍粉麵,它有著不錯的古色古香裝修,價錢由$28起。來吃粉麵無非是想吃得清淡些,不過今天似乎來錯了!我的牛沙瓜河粉($32)可以以十分重口味及油膩來形容。牛的味道不錯。河粉太厚,表面也較平日吃到的油膩,份量亦太少。地方還算整潔,座位有點迫。店員服務態度一般。

同老公夜晚唔知食乜好,上網見到附近有間新開粉麵,突然又好想食水餃就入去試吓。食後非常滿足地方乾淨,先講佢哋嘅招牌水餃,比一般的大少許,皮薄呈現半透明這是必然的,沒想到一口咬下去超足料,啖啖都有鮮甜彈牙蝦肉同木耳。冇諗到蝦肉/木耳/豬肉嘅比例竟然呈現7:2:1,唔通唔使賺錢?絕對冇誇張。10個讚下次再嚟我都一定會再點!老公叫嘅牛沙瓜牛腩河湯頭冇一般牛腩咁濃郁,應該係因為冇味精。牛腩同牛沙瓜軟硬適中,有咬口,只係略嫌河粉過淋。食完一啲口渴都冇。兩樣野同啲蘿蔔加埋一支嘢飲都唔使$85,絕對係我哋呢啲又貪食,又冇錢上車嘅窮人恩物We will be back, many many times !

地方乾淨,先講佢哋嘅招牌水餃,比一般的大少許,皮薄呈現半透明這是必然的,沒想到一口咬下去超足料,啖啖都有鮮甜彈牙蝦肉同木耳。冇諗到蝦肉/木耳/豬肉嘅比例竟然呈現7:2:1,唔通唔使賺錢?

老公叫嘅牛沙瓜牛腩河湯頭冇一般牛腩咁濃郁,應該係因為冇味精。牛腩同牛沙瓜軟硬適中,有咬口,只係略嫌河粉過淋。

食完一啲口渴都冇。兩樣野同啲蘿蔔加埋一支嘢飲都唔使$85,絕對係我哋呢啲又貪食,又冇錢上車嘅窮人恩物

最近有朋友介紹我去呢間新開幕不久的麵舖,叫我一定要食佢地的牛腩,強調此舖不含味精的呢!但是我個人比較偏愛魚角,因此㸃了魚角牛腩撈粗麵,魚角很鮮,食得出用料好新鮮,牛腩是磞沙腩,肉質嫩滑夠味,確實是高水準之作。由於知道沒有味精,於是放心開懷飲下點撈麵附送的魚湯,在沒有加味精調味的情況下,確實是好好飲!飲得出是有誠意的出品。個人非常喜歡。又多了一間飯堂選擇了

今日同朋友經灣仔一間麵店,見佢招牌光潔醒目便入去隨便叫了碗魚蛋粉和牛雜粉,一食之下有驚喜,魚蛋好鮮甜爽口(令我不禁想起香港仔的謝記魚蛋)牛雜好入味,尤其是牛腸的油脂入口即溶,還不停浸出香濃的牛脂味,不一會便成碗吃清光,連湯都飲曬(因為原來此店的食物全不含味精的,所以既然好味又不用怕味精冇益,那心想當然是食清光唔好浪費食物!)後來店家介紹它們家的招牌十三太保(即是大雜錦,什麼餸都有齊),我們便點了一個來試試,𥚃面的餸包羅萬有,認真是抵食又好味!已約朋友下次再呢撈麵!這是一間少有不含味精而又味道十充的店,值得推薦!
