呢間嘢係咪完全冇人管理?定係reception係老闆每次打電話過去,好似爭佢錢咁,我知道120分鐘食飯時間,但係唔使講幾次囉Reception條女人串過碼頭咕喱以為自己係澳牛?係咪平時壓力大要發洩喺啲客人身上?其實銅鑼灣仲有好多選擇,唔係要俾錢買難受食飯,仲要睇你面口,雖然唔係顧客大晒,但係都唔使咁串呢間嘢一世Blacklist服務差到咁真係會令好多人卻步就係因為服務態度差,浪費晒日本師傅嘅心機 !

原本我估唔錯的。一直想試,不過經過打電話問訂檯之後,除非我有朋友訂咗叫我去食,我應該都唔會再介紹或者問朋友想唔想試了。星期四23:15左右打,佢地接完之後電話好似收得唔好咁,我講得好大聲都話聽唔清楚,問我介唔介意過5分鐘再打,因為做緊嘢,有啲忙。係嘅,佢地都有講唔好意思。過咗15分鐘我再打,我問佢地得閒未,佢地答我未吖都係有啲忙,同埋線路唔好,佢地一直好大聲喂我,喂喂喂?咁樣,不過今次都有幫我睇有無位訂到嘅(唔係2,3日後的日子)。係,亦都有講唔好意思嘅。佢地講擺去waiting list,同事打俾你有就有,無就無。我訂4個人,如果我等到嗰日都無位嘅話就好好笑。無位我可以去訂其他,就係咁簡單。未至於要排後補。忙,就唔好接電話。好過你地叫客人打返俾你。一係你地留客人電話,你地講轉頭再打俾客人。你地唔記得打返,客人可能會再打。但至少嗰情況唔同咗,唔係一開始就要求客人打返俾你地。無位,客人都未必會就到去你有位嘅日子。如果一定要去食,預咗要訂佢地有位嘅日子,唔係你想去嘅日子。我真係第一次預到咁樣好笑嘅情況。服務2星係我覺得好笑兼,俾面人地有講唔好意思。

過咗15分鐘我再打,我問佢地得閒未,佢地答我未吖都係有啲忙,同埋線路唔好,佢地一直好大聲喂我,喂喂喂?咁樣,不過今次都有幫我睇有無位訂到嘅(唔係2,3日後的日子)。係,亦都有講唔好意思嘅。
佢地講擺去waiting list,同事打俾你有就有,無就無。
我訂4個人,如果我等到嗰日都無位嘅話就好好笑。無位我可以去訂其他,就係咁簡單。未至於要排後補。
忙,就唔好接電話。好過你地叫客人打返俾你。一係你地留客人電話,你地講轉頭再打俾客人。你地唔記得打返,客人可能會再打。但至少嗰情況唔同咗,唔係一開始就要求客人打返俾你地。無位,客人都未必會就到去你有位嘅日子。
如果一定要去食,預咗要訂佢地有位嘅日子,唔係你想去嘅日子。我真係第一次預到咁樣好笑嘅情況。
服務2星係我覺得好笑兼,俾面人地有講唔好意思。

喺妹妹生日前席,預早半個月book了呢間專門食鐵板大阪燒嘅Kozy。當時預約都無哂bar檯,要坐去卡位。所以如真係想bar檯可以再早點book。店舖環境細小,不過坐得舒適。從一開始到完哂成個晚餐,感到人手不足,只見有約2個廚師負責燒煮。上菜速度時快時慢,最耐嘅會相隔左約15分鐘先有野食。整體黎講覺得係等候食物時間太長。食物味道方面,無自行額外調味下,普遍食物都偏咸了一點。當中,有覺得好食嘅係聖子、牛舌以及黃豆粉年糕雪糕,牛舌燒得幾淋香而且夠熱。而黃豆粉雲尼拿雪糕被輕燒過暖暖地嘅年糕包圍住,一冷一熱成件事幾夾! 另外,名物大阪燒反而味道非常普通,約90蚊一份。燒蠔上碟即食係暖的並未夠熱,蠔有啲腥味,未知係咪因為蠔嘅關係,最後晚上我地同行有一人肚痛。因為味道好壞參半,覺得味道上及沒有記憶點下,不太值得等待。

講到飯堂當然係經常過嚟啦😂不過成日都要full一定要book👏🏻個人比較喜歡坐吧枱 比較有氣氛😆主要都係日本人主理,廚師都係講日文紅酒煮牛肉牛肉煮到好淋,入口即溶好好食.再嚟野菜燒 簡單嘅煮法已經好好食香蔥大阪燒每一啖都充滿香蔥嘅味道!比較薄身唔同其他大阪燒甘厚燒大蝦🦐一隻大蝦完全冇浪費蝦頭煎到脆卜卜 好好食 蝦肉好有肉汁 好滿足最後當然叫番個廚師拿手嘅炒麵好香好好食😋全場嘅氣氛都好好!好多日本人幫襯值得一試😝😝😝
