好開心平日午餐都食到個咁高質嘅午餐,靜靜地可以自己一個人享受高質午餐真係最好嘅me time❤️

首先野菜沙律係蕃茄沙律,蕃茄好甜,就算唔鍾意食菜都會覺得好好味。刺身就好新鮮,最搞笑係我嗰日咁啱遇正師傅喺度處理成條吞拿魚,真係望到都覺得啲食材好新鮮啊。

壽司環節都係一樣咁高質,而串燒方面呢,我個人就最鍾意牛舌串燒,燒得一啲都唔韌,咬落去好彈牙。

天婦羅方面,一定要講白菜天婦羅。真係好特別,第一次食但係完全唔會奇怪,嗰個薄薄地嘅面衣配埋個白菜食,另有一番風味。

高街一向多美食,前SUP1 西餐原來已結業換成這型格居酒屋,見其環境不錯而食評也好,便入內試試。裝修雅致舒適,內還有個室外空間,自成一角而氣氛也幾好,若一大一班人在這聚會應不錯。食物方面,因今日不太餓,只點了兩食物。深海池魚魚生新鮮、點埋醬汁,混合了柚子及點點辣,挺開胃及好味。北海道海鮮鍋湯底幾鮮甜,據說以北海道面豉長時間慢火熬成湯,材料豐富有三文魚頭、生蠔、蜆、大蝦等海鮮,搭配蔬菜豆腐,很豐富。我們兩人配埋兩碗烏東一齊食,暖暖的很滿足。

一口條點了8款擔牌串燒,每款也是多汁好吃,最喜愛是厚切牛舌,牛舌肉質扎實彈牙,肉汁豐富肉質。
另外豚肉芫荽卷又很好吃,外層豚肉金黃香脆,鮮嫩的豚肉與芫荽卷在一起,豚肉汁和莞茜香氣完美融合。
